I don't normally criticise andy, but what's the point of hurrying Justin to clean the frame with a gloved hand, when you have a brush.
Jem only allows them two sections of rod per 12 months, so they have to make it last.

I think if you just left just to get on with the unblock on his own,he would do just fine nothing worse then someone at you telling you this and that,just taking the piss let him do it himself

But with body work, many tasks are time quantifiable. With a drain you are going in unseen, who knows exactly what the issue is or how quickly it can be cleared.
