The local councils should make it a requirement that manholes have permanent metal markings near the top to show direction of outflow pipes. After all, drain unblockers don't get called out when the drain is empty and easy to see what's going on down below. Great job as always getting that unblocked 👍😎

I used to use lemon gell in my work place its brilliant stuff and smell amazing I used to take some home when it was coming to the end off the bottle and protect is also another amazing cleaning product too

You should take a can of orange spray paint with you and Mark where the pipe is because man that doesn't look like fun when you have to try to find it I love your videos I love how the people don't like to check their manholes to make sure everything's flowing fine and man only one piece of toilet paper not 10 20 pieces oh wow

How many gallons of water per minute does that jetter pump out when it's maxed out?? We got trailer jets that are 3,000 and 4,000 psi with 30 gpm..I been trying to convince owner to purchase a smaller one time holds up in van like yours
What about a length of 20mm pvc conduit bent to a 30 degree angle to help locate the outlets?
Those patios in such a humid and rainy country are a ruin, I hope that the new constructions are very different and make all those beautiful little places stay with the right materials, it's a shame to see them like this😰. I like that climate, in the north of Spain it also rains a lot, but in general the exteriors of the houses are kept free of weeds and with good drainage. I don't understand,...Guys your work is very good, you always do your best, I congratulate you!!.

How much dose it cost for the van setup if you know
What size jetter hose are you using? 3/8” or 1/2”? I live in the United States, they charge a arm and a leg to hydro jet your sewer line out. 1,750 - 2,000 usd to do it. I made my own hydro jetter out of a 3500 psi pressure washer and 3/8” x 100’ hose. I use a root ranger double nozzle to cut out the roots. I have been told a warthog nozzle is more effective. They are very expensive. It does the job that’s for sure. Cheers!
Ofcourse the boss has to have a poke at the 💩 before he jets it away note to self dont ask to borrow his screwdrivers

we luv sewage.
never mind the smell, I can taste it, when I lifted a manhole cover, it looked like some one had filled it up with lasagna, with todd in the hole.
back ain the 70's I was down a manhole 30 feet deep, and after a while, when I look up, the the top of the manhole looked like the size of a stamp, and it was spinning around, and when I toild my mate up the top, he said " get out " your getting gassed, so I did. the next week it got block again, but I was on holiday, so another man got half way down, got gassed, and fell to the bottom, he was rescued by the fire brigade, and had a broken leg, etc.
I wash the Lockfast Drain Rods every time I use them, with hot water and soda crystals.
Wardsflex Limited have a great selection of drain rods etc

How about photographing the cleared drain and keep them on file so you can refer if called back.
Do you know how many drains they do a week? You'd never find the photo again, or even remember you took it! 🤣🤦♂️
Could you not take some spray paint and spray a marker where the outlet is in case you're ever called back anywhere? 🤔

was it a "community" drain sewer, it seemed quite a lot, I usually send the drain rods up from the lower down / intersepter, up to the blocked manhole. but you know what you are doing,
You would think it could be marked on the metal lid. The location and orientation of the lines and where they go. For EACH MAN HOLE So you can tell wether it's full or NOT
If only the US homes that sewer drainage access like that...unclogging would be easy.
