Finally get to see a lot of floaters in that mess! Awesome vid and great job as always! You and “Clean a drain” are the best in my poo book! My girlfriend just doesn’t understand my constant smiles over watching these vids.
That Milwaukee camera and Video we get is a GAME CHANGER...... go get 2 more Jem for you and Jetter 3....... I know they are expensive..... but we're worth it....😉
So. I sat down to eat stew... Ooo! New Drain Unblockers video... Excellent camera work! Split screen, as well, and both images nice and sharp. Well done! (Shame my stew was much the same appearance as the full manhole (but with bits of veg, etc!).)
It's funny when it seems like you clean a lot of interceptors on your channel it's funny people don't inspect them more often so it doesn't happen the big clog UPS I inspect my septic tank once every other month or two to make sure it doesn't clog like your videos very interesting how you have to fix problems where I live they are redoing our whole sewer system what fun that is for people up here keep up the good content love the videos
Ooo new camera and better underground footage. It's almost like Andy was crawling down those sewer pipes with his head mounted GoPro on. Have to rename him to Tunneller 2 🤣
Great editing and a lovely insight into what’s below us. Very educational and well done for getting that blockage out without a dig. What a professional company and quality workforce, you should be proud of them boss. I wouldn’t hesitate paying these prices for such a quality service. Well done all..
I think with sweetcorn when you eat it, the middle just pops out and you chew that, and the shell stays whole most of the time which is why it’s always in drains looking whole. I doubt anyone spends ages chewing the shell lol
Great to see the split screen of the camera view and operator view on the go pro. I'm watching the new ones as tgey come but watch the old ones from the beginning. The milwalkee camera looks a great bit or kit. Good to see my favorite, jetter 2 the velvet whistler 👍
I’m a mechanic and all my tools are Milwaukee, they are awesome. Impact gun, rachet, grinder, saw, The M18 LED torch is good too..handy as all take same batteries. Not surprised the cameras top notch too
I’ve finally figured it out! Why my neck hurts so much! Andy has the camera pointed down but IM ALREADY LOOKING UP AT MY TV TO WATCH THESE VIDEOS!!!! My mind or body subconsciously is trying to look up and around to get the whole picture😣 lol...
Hope you all enjoyed the video editing from Jenny 👍 was a bit of a pain that unblock but at least the problem was solved! The m18 Milwaukee drainage camera came in very handy on that one 👌👌😎😎👏👏🍻💪
Just want to say hi and got a question for you. I was thinking about getting the M18 sewer inspection camera. You guys seem to really like it so it's great. Just out of curiosity, when you guys go to a client's house like that and you were flushing the line and then you needed to pull out the camera. You guys charge extra for the camera. When doing that, it's curiosity question. That's all. My in-laws are actually from Southport. We're actually in Canada now so yeah just curious that's all. Have a great day! Great video guys!
Milwaukee make some quality gear. The picture from that thing blows any other drain cam I've seen away. If it takes their standard batteries too you're onto a winner.
Half of it. Corn kernels have a layer of glucose that can protect them from acidic digestion and often they get entangled around other sustances from the food that delays the indigestion. However not all kernels survive the powerfull acid from our stomachs :)
We watch you every single day the only problem is we’re here in the US and believe it or not we can understand very much what you say. Even though we enjoy even joy watching you work keep up the good work
Nice improvement from the new camera. Now if only we could get the general audio sorted we could have winning combination! Keep up the good work ladies and gents.
@@TheDrainUnblockers I understand that audio is going to be a problem with the work that you do, but I find the biggest problem to be the men who forget they have to be near the microphone for it to work when they talk...🤣
Hi Geoff been off work for few days not firing on all cylinders Back today done job with Andy today which will be posted on Friday Glad you still enjoy mate 👍👍
U just cant beat the Milwaukee stuff. I didnt know they made a drain cam. Got me wanting one now. I dont do enough blockages to justify the purchase, that and the fact the missus would go ape when she found out the price😂
Andy, I learn something new every time with you guys! Great camera work, sir. And isn't that Grate over that drain beautiful?! Another expertly thorough job by "The Velvet Whistler!!" 😁👀🏳️🌈
Could you please make a video of how plumbing works in the U.K.? I'm under the impression that everything from the toilets and basins empty into the manholes and also rainwater goes in thru the open gully openings. Thanks from a fan in the U.S.A.
Older properties here have a combined system where foul water and storm water all goes into one pipe and out. 70's ish onward start to see dual systems where you have one set of pipes for foul water and a separate set for storm water. Storm water is released to rivers without treatment as it should just be clean rainwater unless people have been naughty. Foul water pipes go off to treatment plants.
Someone chucked out a henry vacuume cleaner because it didnt suck, Cause was a 2p coin wedged in the floor tool pick up bend. (no one unscrewed the hose to check plenty of suck at the inlet to the collection bag !)
Sad thing is hosing the area down with anything close to that high pressure just causes more mess.. The poop mist that comes up and off of that spray probably flies 10 feet in some cases. Keep up the good work.
Normally they are very careful with the cleanup, but this time it was done full pressure and the mess was flying around. Great video though and nice to see the camera action. Only thing that bothers me is that the sound of the GoPro is muffled so often (fingers over the microphone? Or water on it?).
They are pricey bits of kit but to be honest all drainage cameras are. I think there’s about £1000 between the DartEye camera we have and the Milwaukee. The difference in quality is massive. We bought a DartEye2 and it has been back to the manufacturer 3 times in 18 months
@@TheDrainUnblockers Actually with the exchange rate and the VAT, the cameras kits are less than in 1985 when they were 10K + VAT (cannot recall the manufacturer - they were british), recorded to VHS !
does it not work better if you run from clear drain up to blockage? seen austrailians work that way and they seem to clear easier , ir is it co water runs a different way?
I was hurting for the camera head when you were slamming it off of the rock....im a tad rough on my cameras but not quite that rough. At least the rock came back to you and you were able to retrieve it. Seems to be an issue there with combination drains...weird things winding up in the drains.
Has anyone thought of using a soft wire brush too clean drains by water pressure and spinning brush that can contract and expand as needed powered by water jet.
You know, until The Algorithm™ popped the Mersey Rod gang up to me, I would have sworn that nobody on the planet eats more corn than Americans. I believe now I could very well have been mistaken.
I don't know if they have a Angel soft toilet paper where you live that would be better for that type of sewer system it breaks up a lot better than charming and all them other crappy toilet papers cuz I have to use Angel soft cuz of the septic tank

There was corn in the manhole too.

Never ceases to amaze me that corn is impervious to digestion.
Half of it. Corn kernels have a layer of glucose that can protect them from acidic digestion and often they get entangled around other sustances from the food that delays the indigestion. However not all kernels survive the powerfull acid from our stomachs :)

1:35 no wonder it's blocked. The size of those floaters 😵
Don't forget the floating kernels of corn.
@ambergillham2879 - at this stage in its growth, it's a vegetable. If the kernels are left to grow and harden they are considered a grain

Those Milwaukee camera kits better be damn good. listing starting at 7000.00 USD. for a 120 ft. cable. very pricey.

Those old clay pipe sections seem to cause a bit bother if they don't sit flush?..... When did they switch over to pvc waste drainage? 60/70s?
Someone on a high fibre diet in the household I see, it’s always corn 🌽 in there as well 🤣 wouldn’t mind a try with the jetter myself

If I've learned anything from watching these videos, it's that British people love corn😂
Nice video, but even a quick look at the Disinfectant (Andy did say he was going to do the clean up) would have been nice.
It was originally in but he soaked the camera and the audio was terrible... have a look at some of the other videos for the clean up
That's one hungry drain 😀👍
"There's definitely something going on." as a couple of paper towels come floating up from the drain . . . Sheesh, paper towels?????
Has anyone thought of using a soft wire brush too clean drains by water pressure and spinning brush that can contract and expand as needed powered by water jet.
What’s the point of sweetcorn if half of it goes straight through?
It tastes delicious and adds colour and fibre to food
