Might be a good idea to have a 2 camera setup. That way if you're jetting from one drain to the next, we can see what's going on in both areas

Is it a good idea putting disinfectant into a septic tank, I thought it killed off the bacteria people want to keep?
Yes it does kill the bacteria. No need for it just clean water would have done the same job.
If their septic tank didnt need emptying before, it must do after all that...
The two Aussie drain jetters on RUclips that I watch seem to work differently - they hook up a supply from an outdoor water tap, a supply hose then runs to their truck equipment, and then with an unlimited water source they let the jetting run full force until clear. You guys seem to use limited jetting pulses from a trigger on a hand wand, and water seems be coming only in limited amounts. They do clean up with their high pressure hoses, rather than the buckets of water approach you use.
Is it because outdoor water taps aren't common in England? Do any houses have them at all? There must be some, you sometimes outdoor taps when filling buckets. Is it not possible to connect a hose to them for your use using the jetting equipment? Thanks, enjoy your work.
A lot of houses seem to have low water pressure/low volumen on the outlets. I dont know if its a conservation thing or old clogging water pipes. The Aussie guys actually have a somewhat limited source of water. That is why Ollie has to take a break sometimes to let his tank fill back up. I have seen a handful of DU vids where they do hook up to a water source to keep their tank filled but most seem to have them just using the tank that is filled.
Personally I like the spooled hoses that @drainaddict and @draincleaningaustralia use versus the loose hoses DU uses but I dont clean drains so what do I know...

The other issue I have with the Drain Unblockers, and it's not cause I am critical of their work, it is just that they don't investigate the "issues" or at least show them. I realize that the system has some age on it however they seem to call a well enough job done,
@@jonathanr1891 Andy literally says what the issue is. Sometimes they show it with an inspection cam, sometimes not. It d pends on what the customer wants. It’s not up to Mersey Rod. What are you talking about?

When it’s a septic tank why do you use disinfectant as it will kill bacteria in tank which are needed for the septic tank to work correctly

Don't put disinfectant down a septic tank. Plain water would have cleaned just as well. I hope you haven't killed the tank.
