That was horrible 🤢 I could smell it lol. I think they need a bucket of water next to their toilets, not nice for them. Well done again Dave although your description at the beginning made me laugh so much as you said the customer was having problems made it sound like they had a blockage in their gut 😂😂. The downside of eco flushes on toilets. Not enough water behind the tissue and poo to give it a helping hand through the pipes.
Combine that with wipes and its a recipe for solid matter

I'v been watching these drain unblocking vids for over a years now & I'm constantly amazed by the systematic exterior I/O's, Manhole covers you've got to access the drains. Unless a property has repeated blockages they don't put them in here in Canada

The Permafrost line's been moving North for decades here & it was never anywhere near us in Southern Ontario! We have to drive a long long way to go Ice Fishing now. 20yrs ago we could get away with Lake Timiskaming a third of the way up the Province but now I don't know it they get safe ice for fishing any more.
We do get winter frost that goes down a few inch's now were as it would have gone down over a foot when I was a kid in the 70's
Takes me back to Trenton AFB and the Yukon Lodge.

Modern water saving toilets are not helping, always worth keeping a mop bucket in the bathroom, gives the flush an extra bit of impetus.
when I used to keep ornamental fish indoors, I'd always throw a bucket or two of waste water down the toilet.
(the water was clean, but just part of water change maintenance).
