Less crowded ❌Cons = the views were not as good as hight- rise . Hight- rise ( on my own experiences at Riviera Jomtien both hight and low season) First of all there were always at least 4-6 elevators for 1 building. The longest time i ever wait was 5 mins . Secondly, the elevators of high-rise buildings are much much faster than the cheap elevators of low-rise one! Let’s talk about pro and cons. ✅ pros= 1).you will get a very stunning sea view which is the main reason of ppl to live in Pattaya. 2). There would be most likely at least 3-5 swimming pool in each building + the rooftop pool ! ❌cons = 1).it is not right place for low budget tour. 2). Not right place for hight phobia people. I suggest you to visit those luxurious hight- rise building and take a close look its using area then you could say if it’s good or not. I have been living in both low-rise building 160 sqm penthouse and hight- rise building in that area.

Or maybe for you, it’s a bargain, but not for people who like to live near Pattaya city or the beach monthly basis with only one month of security deposit.
