I did not want to be amonst the bars cos of the noise and also its so cheap to get to pattaya from jomtien and me and my partner might only go once or twice a week we prefer jomtien and sitting down by the beach having a drink and food either on the beach or in a restarant oppisite
Hi jay and ploy i own a condo in jomtien at the back away fom the main bars and resurants, but not far from amminities just a short walk with market some bars and restarants. We checked and spoke to people that lived at the condo calked paradise park, has a good pool and for what you paid youcould have had a one bedroom to rent with a good size balcony and cos of covid the price was good at one million so maybe if anyone wants to rent or buy a condo, it would be better for them to spend a few nights in a hotel and take some time to look around at condo you can always ask to see inside or go to a agent and get them to set up some viewings.
We got caught out three times while staying in Pattaya ( local property with over 50 dogs barking), Hua Hin ( near popular market with live music 4 nights a week) and Phuket ( looked like a quiet area but some live music bar within 500m and loud every night until 1 am) Maybe stay a couple of weeks before committing. Countryside Ubon...dogs / chickens! Very good points made, thank you so much Ploy and Jay!
Thanks, but no thanks 😂We are not brokers and don't have time to view units for other people. Join FB Groups that are focused on “short-term rentals in Pattaya”. Post those groups what kind of unit do you need and what is your budget? Then wait and a couple of ten brokers comment on their offers. Choose the best ones, and go check them, if you have time. But now I see that it’s almost a high season when you come to Thailand. Might be a challenge to go around Pattaya with two sons (ages?) and find a condo unit that fits for you because you are only one month here. And I would not pay any deposit online based on the condo images on FB. Airbnb might be a good option because you have some security for the booking. Message the owner to ask for specific requirements if you have any (soft mattress, fast wifi, etc.)
@@curtisdarby what age are your sons if young dont stay in pattaya main i would stay i jomtien some where like seven seas condo got good pool and slides or atlantis condo or even where my condo is paradise park good prices and if you want to go into pattaya you can get a bhat bus from the beach for10 bhat, ir even a bolt taxi is around 100bhat about £2-20
Sorry ,OMG THE chance of Air Con dropping off the wall😂😂😂
Never know lol
The AC is a LG Unite so it's attacker with 2 screws to the bottom plate so it Will not fall down👍
@@ture_Ivan only two screws??? 😂
Yes, I agree its a bad location for the aircon. Too close to the bed, an so too much noise and cold air blowing down on your face aint good
Yeah. At least, you can direct the air blowing so that it’s not coming on your face 😂
I am very pleased with it nice and quiet and the staff are good and very clean around.
Sounds great 🙏

When check condo. Check at night if there not to much noise 😉😉😉😉😉. Especially in tourist spots.so your conclusion is not rent a condo 😉😉😉😉😉.
😂
I think that the noise will be a problem for you both. I hope not 🙏🙏
Last night it was quiet so let’s hope it was only the one-time birthday event that created a lot of noise 😂
