  • If you have been away from your #sublimation printer for a few days and see lines try this. Most of the time you will have dry ink on your print heads that needs to be worked off. Instead of using the CLEANING options on your printer just use the PRINT HEAD ALIGNMENT option. You may have to print quite a few but it will not waste ink. Be sure to use regular printer paper NOT sublimation paper for this. I went through 13 print head alignments before the head was clean one time but it worked. Have patience and if you use a lot of paper then flip the paper and put it back in the printer so you can print on the backside which should be blank. If this has helped you be sure to give me a like. Thanks!

Try to isolate the colors so they print individually. This should tell you which color is clogged. There is a function in the printer that prints the colors on separate patterns.

Try to run a print head test on the individual colors. Isolate the problem. Then run this test again.

Select the one that is closest to what you need. They will eventually line up nicely as it figures out what is needed.

@@monstersinktees Actually it was head problem. Yesterday night I flashed the head with warm water and problem solved. Selecting the closest one didn't work previously but after washing the head I'm getting prints like new.

@@azizurrahaman2101 Yes. Usually running a print head alignment will unclog the heads. When you get lines that's usually what it is. I do that instead of printing a page of colors or a purge file. It wastes ink.
