There isn't really a method to do in particular. It is two jumps on the right foot and two on the left as you hit the basic combo and then one jump on each foot as you hit with both hands back to back. I will do a short video on that at some point

How big is this bag cause it seems slower then what im using
Keep the vids coming. Question, which swivel are you using? I’m trying to find one that doesn’t wobble.. I’ve seen some videos where you dealt with wobbly swivels as well, but this seems pretty balanced.
Best way to deal with wobble is to adjust the height of your speed bag platform. Unless your bag is not well balanced. If you have changed the bladder on it recently, most bags will wobble because the bladder isn't installed to the shape of the bag. Pink bladders are the worst. Black are the best.
