Fantastic video!!! My husband and I just installed yesterday…. Beyond excited!!! Was gifted a boxing training session years ago with Coach Freddie and have wanted speed bag ever since. Was my reward for surpassing 1/5th the way toward my million meters rowed goal for 2024🎉🎉🎉 I’ve already played with it twice and it hasn’t been up for more than a day 😁😄😁

This is amazing thank you! I'm finding I'm better at the rapid fire arms over another 1 bounce and the single arm front and back one but the first 2 drills you show, I feel like I'm going in slow motion with the 3 bounce, have to wait half a second to throw again rather than it just flowing!
Just more practice I guess or any tips for the first 2 twice with the three bounces?

Ok well, definitely get used to the first tri moves first, it will seem delayed and slow because you won't have the rythem/ timing right yet, with practice this should just flow nice and it's essential to learn everything tbh, and them two moves can easily be speeded up so they flow well.

It improves hand eye coordination and reaction speed, so yes, but not a huge amount, 😁

I like the RDX bags as they have a bit of weight to them and hold air well, and a good quality swivel too, like the ones on thrasher house, if your in the UK, check out SPEEDKINGBOXING in Sheffield, that's were I get my gear from
