Can someone explain the relevant speed cube rules to me, an outsider? Because it seems untenable that in a competition to see who can solve a cube the fastest, things like maglev, coremag, edgemag, and lube are legal but a scratch on one of the piece faces isn't.
The relevant regulation is 3j ( www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/#3j ), since the scratch on that piece makes it distinguishable from other pieces like it. I think the majority of delegates wouldn't notice or care about that particular scratch, but oh well.

what are the sizes of the magnets for the magnetic core on the weilong wrm? i'm interested in getting one of those along with the cube and i think i'll favor a more strong magnetic feel for the core so i wanna plan in advance
You can't easily remove any of the magnets to replace them, but I did manage to add some 1.5x3mm cylindrical magnets on top of the existing corner ones to make it feel stronger. You could probably get away with something slightly bigger, but likely not more than about 2mm thickness.
Suggestion: Instead of GAN 11 M Pro pieces in the gan 12 maglev, you should do the gan 12 m leap pieces since the GAN 12 M Leap is better than the gan 11 m pro
The first moyu cube to ever have core magnets is the moyu super weilong in which the 20 magnet ball core maglev is more expensive than a gan 14 maglev uv ( gan 14 maglev uv worth 88 usd while moyu super weilong 20 magnet ball core maglev is worth 90 usd!!!!!!!!!!!!). Moyu super weilong 20 magnet ball core maglev is the most expensive 3x3 speedcube currently.

I just bought a WRM 2021 magLev version. I didn't know it have a preinstalled core magnet kit but I broke 3 corner pieces magnets already on the day I receive it. Fix it with a super glue, later another one broke..........
should I lube the core maglev? I assume there is still contact between the screw and the plastic of the center piece, and between outer side of the magnet with the plastic of center piece, should we lube it? note: I take example of moyu wrm maglev and rs3m maglev
The best way to describe it is with edge to Conner magnets you feel them at the beginning and end of a turn but with corner to core magnets the you feel them in between turns to too not enough to finish turns like the gan 12 but enough to make turning easier with less force because the magnets are do so of the work and a added bonus of more control ability
