- I love Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Plus, the game is already so much fun, but with little added bonuses this game is EVEN better. Watch as I take out the Champion Tower using the elusive exclusive TRIBORG! A mix of all 3 Robot Ninjas! A kolourful play through where the enemy bleeds rainbow blood! Includes a brief intro explaining a few things in regards to a decision I made last week.

You're always that fun guy, a constant, why change now when there's always someone more competitive than the next guy. Even I found that out the hard way. Great gameplay here. Here's a tip: Next time you're on the Bell Tower, after performing the stage fatality, Hold Up+Run+Low Punch until you hear the sound effect of the "🔔" before the opponent falls into the spikes.
Ahhh ok I knew that was possible but I couldn’t remember how to do it, I just held up, didn’t hear it so assumed it was only included in Mugens. Thanks for the kind words and for the comment Ace I appreciate you my man 👊🏼
It could also happen at random chances if you manage to perform the finisher exaclty at the center of the stage, but you only need to hold up as soon as you get the stage finisher input done.
@@PikangsFutaba I guess you're referring when it comes to Mugens. On UMK3+, doesn't matter where you are on the Bell Tower to perform the stage fatality then holding Up + Run + Low Punch to hear the gong of the bell.
The reason that drew me to Mortal Kombat is the robots, I love it
When I initially saw the game in the arcade I remember the first time seeing the robots and I wasn’t a fan. Over the years it grew on my and my favourite is still Cyrax 👊🏼

Buddy. I get you 110%. I usually play SF2 and 3. And the "winner" mentality at the expense of having fun is well to present in SF2. It is at the point of being ruined for me. People getting you in a repetitive loops where you cant escape 80 to 100% of the time just makes me wanna give up playing altogether. And if i see the person repeating this over and over just for the W im like, if its that important to you, just take it... Youre here for the W, Im here to have fun.

Ice ball, Near, Far, wherever you are ice showers, ice clone, ground ice, and slide.
it's worth noting though his ice ball startup is 4-5 frames faster than Classic Sub in UMK3, same startup speed at Unmasked Sub.
Yeah I agree about playing casually. When I play umk3 I just play casual and when I see a chance to cheese the ai I do it.

Guys this is not a mugen, this is an actual enhanced version of UMK3 arcade
That said, the Triborg concept is cool! The 3rd secret character is actually another version of Sub Zero, called Super Sub Zero
I didn’t accidentally call it a Mugen in the video did I? If so I didn’t mean too, I know it’s a ROM hack, and it’s friggin awesome lol

For Colorful Kombat, it looks like paint spurting out instead of blood.
On the note at the first 6 minutes of the video... from time to time is not bad to take it a bit seriously, but overall, the more casual aproach is better (again, you can practice to be better to some extent but don't go overboard, that's why I recently for example I have taken my time in some games like Smash overall, as doing it in a serious manner had made me like "I don't wanna play the game for a while"... if you know what I mean).
About the playthrough itself... Yeah, Triborg uses Scorpion's Animality, by the way, great run you got, it was noticeable that you got a lot of fun, pretty close to be a 1 credit run... which usually either of the endurance rounds or the bosses ruin that potential 1 credit run when we have a good momentum, by the way, in this hack you can also perform Brutalities, both the klassic home UMK3/MKT style and MKX/11/1 style (in my Scorpion run I messed up the input for his Brutality when I tried to do it, as for the MKX style... I honestly dunno how to trigger them, but if you ask me if I enjoyed to do that run despite the issues I mentioned there and the many retries I had to do in some matches like Motaro and the Endurance Matches... is yes, I wanted to do it for a long time, just I need to have a better 2nd PC to play it without issues and being able to record it with little to no chances of losing quality by getting choppy framerate or some random stuff that makes the recording look bad).
One run I want to do is the "Arcade Hack" on Genesis/Megadrive UMK3, which makes the game feel closer to the arcade, and also gives to the vanilla MK3 and some UMK3 characters their ending pictures from the vanilla Arcade/CD-ROM based MKT versions (Scorpion is one of them by the way).
By the way, if you want to get access to the treasures of the lower part of the screen, you need to complete an Endurance ladder (you get those by pressing start at the tower you want to play, and those can be a pain to deal with, as one of them have you a battle vs BOTH Motaro and Shao Kahn, and potentially you have to deal with Endurance Battles that comes from the treasures like the Mega Endurance Kombat) BUT is important that you have completed a standard Champion ladder and have unlocked the 4 secret characters first (which are Chameleon, Triborg and N64 MKT Sub-Zero via Ultimate Kombat Kodes... and the 4th one... unlocked by unlocking the other 3 characters and having completed the normal Champion ladder AFTER unlocking the 3 UKK characters), and of course, depending on the ladder you pick, the options allowed are bigger, obviously beating the Endurance Champion ladder gives you access to all 24 treasures just like in N64 MKT when you beat Endurance Champion (but unlike N64 MKT where you can learn all matches as the battle order is fixed, in UMK3+ the Endurance Matches can be different each playthrough).

@@BushyStallion Thanks, and on another note, I managed to find another way to play both MK2+ and UMK3+ whenever I want to record or stream gameplay of those hacks, using a modded Wii U with Retroarch and the Mame 2003 Plus core, as said core is not resource demanding for the Wii U... at least unitl I get a 2nd PC for that and more PC game recording (was kind of a pain to re-unlock the UKK characters as not many controllers are detected on the Wii U for Retroarch, lucky me to have an original Dualshock 3 to combine it with the Wii U Gamepad for that, the only thing I will struggle for sure is to unlock Smoke in MK2+ and the bosses on said game as I'm not used to the alternative AI, also, if you have a suggestion on a PC... doesn't matter if it's a laptop or Mini-PC... that is decent enough for emulation at minimum or somewhat decent for some PC gaming if you know... by the way, on PC games I'm not planning to have them on a high settings, as long as it works between medium and low on most games... as I could use that PC for recording in some instances instead, I'll be thankful so I can take it consideration).

Triborg. What a fun idea for a playable character. Where do you play this game? PC?
This is Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Plus. It is a rom hack of the arcade version of UMK3. It works on certain builds of MAME, Final Burn Neo and Fightcade. Those emulators aren't PC specific, they are on other platforms now.
The part you need to figure out for yourself is if the emulator works with the rom hack and acquiring the rom itself. All that can be found on Google.

I mean you can take it serious off youtube and train while not recording. To get better at anything, you just have to put things under your belt that others on your level don't have or do. And just keep increasing your pouch as you go up the ranks. Do what other players are not doing and studying on your level and keep increasing on each level.
