It has a timeless design, infinite performance and no teething problems in its construction. You can travel, cruise and even ride the quarter mile. What more could you want? I think this Suzuki is simply beautiful and will hold its value for years to come.
I have 2008 model, they seemed to have got the hydraulic pressure ratio right, my brakes are great and have not locked them up under urgent braking but it stops effortlessly, too many forget to use proper front to rear brake technique.
Combustion engine technology is 140 years old. Suzuki have nailed it not needing to add outrageous compression or extra cylinders on their bikes to make power. The Ls650 was repeated for over 30 years I think that's a Guinness world record!
No doubt at all The Amazing, Majestic, Impressive, Imponent, Powerful, Spectacular and Beautiful Japanese Super Cruiser Suzuki Boulevard M109R it's My favorite Motorcycle 👊👍✌️, Excellent video and explanation as well 👍, Thanks for sharing 👊🤘👍✌️!!!
Owned one. It was a 5 speed. It had a 1200 rpm shutter from “big bore”. It was nice, but nothing special. What turned me off was the competition to Harley which is in a league of its own.
So you prob own Jackets, shirts, booths, etc. with "Harley Davidson" written all over it right? M109R will run circles on any Harley. Even with their 130cc engine upgrade. I know. I own an M109R and raced dude that just spent over 50k on his, " Fast" Harley, including the said engine upgrade .I left him after first gear. The look on his face was priceless.
The M109R will demolish any production air-cooled Harley Davidson. I've owned many a Harley Davidson and performance wise, they don't compete with the M109r.
i owned an m109r, and i've owned a Harley, the M109r was a far superior bike, it did everything better than the Harley, the only thing i would give the Harley is, it was better looking than the Suzuki, but, that is purely subjective, i will never buy another Harley, there as so many better bikes out there, the badge is the only reason a lot of people buy them. i now own a Triumph Street Triple which is more fun and better than both of them !!
I sat on one a hour ago. My friends are leaving the supersports and trying to convince me to make the switch. It was definitely comfortable but you do noticed the weight difference from the 1000cc supersports. It is also easy on the eyes!@@dennismundt7378
@@zato6226 as always, when you assume, you make an ass out of you and me.... Actually I have ridden one as a friend of mine owns a boss edition, and yeah it handles pretty well for it's huge size and weight, but ya buggered on roundabouts ect as you point out the pegs hit way too easy 👍🏻😁
Probably the only cruiser I'd consider

11s for the 1/4 with a little weight removed for drag racing
Fantastic motorcycle.
Does it have ABS yet? That's what got it canned in Australia....
And in NZ
none yet

Are the black/ chrome coverings around the engine all metal or are some painted plastic?
No mechanical changes in 18 years. Had one. Meh
Once you've flashed the ECU, it's outstanding.....see MooreMafia.
No need Suzuki nailed it!
@@jed-uq4yz no, they didn’t
M109r Power 💪
Do people even do research before posting? The 2024 only comes in black sparkle!! It’s not hard to find that out
I would have loved to seen a more modern and sophisticated 'Speedo', along the lines of BMW.
shaft drive?
Yes
Kind of obvious really.
Its a good muscle bike. Loads of torque, loads of fun. But this text to voice video is bad.
Give it cruise control & i am in.

You're joking right

To bad it takes $2000.00 of tuning to actually meet the manufactures Horse power specs.
Harley is just a mythos……
Over 700 lbs?
Yes. 764 lbs.

AI voice LOL. BLOCKED.
Just doesn't do corners or roundabouts very well 😂
Obviously you haven't ridden one. For its size and weight this bike handles very well. Ground clearance is the only limiting factor.

AI voice-over garbage video.
AI voice … How many times do I have to listen to him say M109R. 🤮
