I always told my people, if they ask, are you going to arrest me, I’d say yes. 99% of the time they’d comply because I respected them enough to be honest and they knew they were in violation. They just wanted to be prepared if they were arrested, i.e. wear their whites, have their BB on standby, call their job, etc. The only time I arrested for owing money, CC, Restitution, PSF, etc. was if I couldn’t get in contact to serve a PV to cite them and of course 120 days before the case expires.
After 11 years I left, went back, and left again. I miss it but I try to keep in mind the reasons I left.

main reasons include : working with damaged individuals - colleagues and clients. the narcissists are over represented in certain types of crimes and are incredibly difficult to deal with long-term. the health effects for normal people in that role are huge. narcissists with no empathy thrive in that role as they have control over others and enjoy watching people suffer anyway.

I just subscribed to your channel!!! I love the transparency ❤️
I also have a question, I am on defected adjucation a 5 year probation term,so my p.o issued me a warrant in jan because I was $1600 behind on my fees,I lost my job behind having to come to probation every month(in a different city 3 hrs away from where I leave),I explained that to the judge and he gave me community service and so I started making payments(what I could),and do my community service but the person I was doing it with never turned in my paperwork so it looked as if i hadn’t did it, ok so fast forward my p.o called me last Thursday and says “hey when you come see me on Wednesday you’ll have a warrant” so I traveled to tenn. for two days with my mom, and my p.o found out(because of my phone records) and when she asked I was honest…so she says the judge put a warrant out so my question is will they most likely revoke my probation or give me another chance? Im scared honestly!
