She continues to work full-time as a home healthcare aid and is in the process of petitioning the court for full custody of her son, Donte. She was scheduled to be on parole until November 2020, so I’m assuming she officially ended her parole a few months ago. Blessings to her and her family. I hope she’s doing well.
I had the intuition jessica was going to make it. She didn't need parole. Although she had a violent crime, I felt she's not a repeat offender. Thank you for the update.
Rob sullivan.. bet if you did an update on him, it wouldn't be successful. Hope I'm wrong, but he's had 10 years to strengthen up for his child. Wrong. He needs to strengthen up for himself, the rest will follow. He's in jail saying he's trying to make it up to her.... How? For spending year after year for ten years behind bars? Got to do it for yourself guy.. the rest will follow. Eventually she will get older and resent you, she's young right now, hope she doesn't act out in her teens, as I've seen that scenario far to many times. It will serve to give you an excuse to keep using and messing up, not that you need one. I say work on yourself so you can be there in person for her, she's going to need you in those teen years, they are brutal guy. I wish you only the best.
Vaughn, doesn't matter what you grew up seeing, what matters is what life you choose for yourself. You know slot because you've seen it all. Make positive decisions for yourself, don't hang with the same crown, think about improving your education, it will help you in the future and occupy your time. Your parole is saying you have to keep a job. Failure right there. With a felony and no education you will be a repeat offender or I dishwasher. GO TO SCHOOL Get that education your going to need it. I hope Anger Management was a mandatory part of her parole. She clearly has a lot of anger. She said "I didn't kill anyone", but she tried to. She violently slashed the face of another human being and 10 years later she is still justifying her behavior. I wouldn't want her caring for any of my loved ones, or me for that matter.
@@jonnieinbangkoki think going from a life of committing crimes & have that + other bad habits be a normal part of your life, then going to prison for 10 years unlearning those habits in a controlled setting & then being labeled a felon so that you have a tough road to acclimating back to the outside world and then not resorting back to your old habits to survive are the parts that are hard work. sorry for the run-on sentence, just my rambling thoughts haha

For a main stream media outlet they are pretty good. Main stream media is 100% propaganda and lies.. For the most part Frontline documentaries are straight foward and to the point. It's not often but sometimes they are guilty of belting out propaganda lies too.

There was a BLATANT difference between the 2 female correctional officers. One was genuinely helpful and wanting to improve lives, the other was there to just collect the check, hand out neck swings and attitude. Katherine is an Earth Angel! Second, he agreed to the rules of parole. He knew the rules and chose to break them and not only break them but take pic of himself doing so. Her coming from money is irrelevant. Third, you dont kno what past experiences she's had with parolees tht might have made her cynical. Shes dealing with people who are not honest.
A lot could happen in under a year. Regardless of her background, he's still the one who has the power to succeed or fail and he chose to fail. He could either get with the program or serve out his sentence. You cant agree to rules and break them and cry its not fair when caught. It might not be easy but im sure it beats being locked up. Montoya had a woman who had goals and was willing to work with Montoya not against her. Thats why she succeeded. She chose to succeed.

You can tell that Katherine Montoya - the Latina parole officer - genuinely cares about her parolees, and you can tell that she truly wants them to succeed, be sober and healthy, and happy.
That white lady parole officer made me so mad. He wasn't even given a chance, yet the other officers let the others go by with even larger violations. On top of that, her attitude was disgusting. I'm literally fuming. He read her at the end.
The way that Dad pushed his crying daughter's arms off of his waist reminds me so much of my dad. My dad was the same type of dude, in and out of my life due to heroin. The only time he would ever show me any type of affection was when he was high or wanted people to think that he had his life together. I remember going over to his house one weekend and he had moved in his girlfriend and her daughter. Her daughter had taken over my room that he had made for me. I had to sleep on the couch. I remember being so angry at 10 years old and sobbing. I threw my arms around him And he laughed like this piece of crap and said "why are you crying tough guy?" Scoffing at me like it was some kind of a joke. My dad passed away in May 2019 due to liver cancer caused by hepatitis C due to his heroin usage. I'm now 41 years old with children of my own. I can still remember to this day that moment, what I was wearing, what he was wearing, what the weather was like, where I was at. This memory will be burned into this little girl's mind for life. I absolutely hate and loathe deadbeat dads with everything in me.
I am terribly sorry you had to experience such, as I too NEVER had my dad in my life or truly knew who he was until I met him at age 26, by then there was no connection, relation nothing. Nonetheless I don't hate him, no longer holds him accountable for anything. . I'm not sure if I forgive him or maybe I just don't care, or that it doesn't matter .. . .but sometimes ”WE” people like me and you just don't know or wouldn't understand THEIR circumstances unless we're actually placed in and have to walk in their shoes.
Oh, Starla. I'm so, so sorry you were hurt so deeply. I was hidden from my father as a child and had a difficult relationship with my stepdad. Thankfully, I found my daddy in my early 40s. However, my daddy issues have affected me all my life and I had to learn to look to the Lord for the love of a Father that I so desperately needed. Officer Montoya and the Bald officer are making wonderful progress for their community. It's a thankless job but it's refreshing to see POs who actually care. It's very difficult for folks coming out of the system to make that change. I wish all the folks in this doc the very best. Frontline docs are so fantastic that I feel guilty that they are free so I try to donate to my local PBS when I can.

I had such high hopes for her daddy too, especially after seeing the first two and how they screwed up their parole. I think that sweet little girl deserved a lot more effort on the part of someone she obviously loves more than anything.

Mom needs to wisen up. The only thing this relationship is doing is teaching the daughter to love from trauma and fear. She is learning that it’s ok for a man to have no empathy for you and hurt you and you’re supposed to just love him any way. I hope the girl gets counseling so she has a fair chance at life later.

Thank you, Frontline for shining a light on this. For those quick to judge these people I would encourage you to look at your own family and think about who in your own family struggles with mental illness or drug addiction, and then imagine them being held to these enslaving restrictions.

Maybe, but the parole officer job is to make sure the parolee is following the rules. The parolee can’t control what officer they get, but they can control following the rules
The key is being humble and smart enough to do what you have to do to get where you want. It is that simple. Saying you love your kid and then being unwilling to do what you need to do to get back to her is ridiculous. A parole officer isn't supposed to do things your way. Your way is what gave control of your life to others.
I see your point...But it is also only 1 case for each officer for the documentary out of the 50 - 60 -70 cases they have on-going. We also don't see what was edited.

Because the one I saw was full of people that still refuse accountability, make excuses, lie, game the system, ignore the rules they find inconvenient, refuse to humble themselves and put their energies into swerving in and around the system with no real goals or plan to succeed. No one, even without the burden of monitored release, can succeed and excel with those attitudes. It's destined for failure... And you blame the parole officer. Unbelievable... I would suggest you do not have a clear vision on what it takes to overachieve. This is in their power... At least to get a better chance.
I felt so bad for Raylee. She seems like she holds a lot inside all because her dad doesn't want to be a man and deal with the consequences. He chose the easy way out over wanting to be a better person/father for her. That little girl deserves so much better.
When he told her outside the store, "you can tell me anything." It was obvious that she hoped so hard and waited so long for him to come home and give her some semblance of dad who cares about her. Yet he couldn't see it. Hopefully, she will find her own positive way forward and not solace herself by ending up in a bad situation, pregnant at 15 by someone just like him.
The way he complained about child support he owed and how it would be hard to find a job with his record...like all that was thru no fault of his own. I do feel bad for his daughter, she is in for a lifetime of disappointment coming from him.

I was on probation for an internet related crime.part of my probation was i could have phone but no internet access. Which thankfully my first few probation officers realized in this day and age internet is a must have and gave me that leeway.however i did have to relinquish phone so they could check if i was doing anything i wasnt supposed to be doing.
Sadly that’s how a lot of POs are. If there were more like the Hispanic lady PO or that white dude PO I think it would be a lot different for a lot of ppl.
My last week of an alcohol program , my first dwi, we got a new counselor , just like this one , I might actually say was a bit worse, I was so thankful I was done that week . Oh man she was bad.

Parole hits hard... You're free from prison but you don't get to enjoy the freedoms around life even when it's all around you. Good or bad, people who go through this brutal prison system are strong.

Parole is F’d up and I ain’t ever been in trouble. I have an uncle on his 2nd time in the joint he told the DA or whoever to put his parole on his sentence.

I was placed on probation at 45 y.o. for first time. It was no where near as restrictive as parole but nonetheless life changing. Having to answer to an authority that holds your well being, occupation, future, living arrangements, family along with all hopes and dreams in their grasp is a feeling beyond description. An officer similar to Montoya changed my perspective. We need more understanding and empathy like hers in this impossible system.
probation is nothing like parole. at least misdemeanor probation, which is the only one I've had experience with. Since I've seen plenty of therapists and counselors in my life for drug addiction, the 6 months with the probation officer for petty theft was pretty much just another person to talk to, because I don't really have any friends and my entire life I've had almost no one to talk to about my feelings and issues, so I did not mind the once a month session. but there was basically no rules or conditions for petty theft probation, I was even allowed to drink (not that I did, I've never been an alcohol drinker), I was free to travel, and do whatever. As long as I showed up and did not commit any more crimes there was nothing to worry about. He did want drug tests, but since I was already in an outpatient treatment center for addiction, I was allowed to just fax him the ones I already took there. Maybe a suspended sentence just requires court supervision, and to make sure I did the 32 hours of community service.

I am a Felon, 5 years highly supervised. highly regimented, a violation will get me incarcerated, that stress has been goin on like 4 years and Im just so damn tired I tell ya. My sons have grown into adults and dont hang around moms.... cant bring your six pack or joint into my backyard for an afternoon bbq.. never know if my Officer might just pop by unannounced. My friends n cousins dont stop by for horseshoes or to play a few hands of cards anymore. we are all left thinking if me going in for the 2 years would have been a better choice for the mental, physical of my and familial well being of our loved ones... so much that we were trying to keep the same has changed because of our choice... idk, you experienced differences ( i also expected to) but i got a lot of parole similarities. say a prayer for me and mine please as i will for you and yours. blessed by differences bringin us together, thank you and take care❤
Some probations make parole look like a cake walk. It depends on the stipulations and provisions with probation. And often, they can be very confusing and inconsistent. Parole is more structured.
i’ve been in and out of jail and prison for most of my adult life. Which hasn’t been extremely long, but still.. I had the same attitude for awhile UNTIL i realized it’s not about being an “adult” and i’m free i should be able to do what i want.. you committed a crime and it’s about seeing if you can resist the urge to do stupid small things and follow simple rules so when you’re REALLY on your own with no oversight you can exercise judgement to stay drug free and crime free and live a good life. There’s ALWAYS someone above you, there’s always rules.. We all want to be free from that, but it’s not realistic. Once i realized that i never went back. It’s been almost 7 years and i’ve been in rehab for 4 years, at my job for almost 3, have my own home. Me and my fiancé both have brand new cars, a 5 year old daughter and we are taking our 2nd vacation this year in a week to Gatlinburg. It’s extremely hard. Takes a lot of pride swallowing but it’s possible. And now i’m FREE.

@@Findpepperbridge i had to wait 7 years after my conviction and got a lawyer and filed to seal my record. only place that can see it is if i file for a federal or state job.

Those who judge officer Brayfeild do not understand that when a parolee drinks or uses drugs they need to act. The offender in this case was extremely rude to her and he lacked accountability.
The end is SO sad! Jesus, if they just would have let the guy stay with his girlfriend instead of dropping him off in a heroin park, he would have never been back!!! This System is so broken, but it's designed that way....it needs a complete overhaul, from the Top-down.
If the prisoners are on parole and go break the rules. They should not be allowed no more parole they should have one chance and one chance only and back to the slammer they go for life
Tbh looking at the parole halfway house rules is insane.. there should be some change to it, its worse then prison imo. The girl was just following the procedure to get her pay check.. while the whole system should be looked over and changes be brought in.
I just finished off 20 years state of Connecticut Connecticut. Served 11 years in prison followed by 9 years special parole. Not easy staying out and parole. I got one arrest on my record and after I got out I stayed out never went back. All depends on your parole officer. I've had every po in New Haven and for the most part they weren't too tough. I had one that was just a miserable human being and really got off I'm trying to make things as difficult as possible. In general if you're doing the right thing you really don't have much to worry about.

I’ve been on parole since 2010 and still have 3 more years to go…the simple fact is if you’re honest with your PO and not doing stuff to get in trouble you’re not going to get in trouble. Respect yourself and others and parole will be easy.
Rob wanted to get high. All of his other reasons for leaving the halfway house are just excuses. He wanted to get high more than he wanted to do right by his daughter.
You are exactly right. He complained about having freedom dangled in front of him while he dangled her daddy in front of her. That sweet little girl who obviously loves her daddy more than anything should’ve been all the motivation he needed. He should be ashamed of himself. He needs to grow up and realize that buying shoes a good daddy does not make.
Great documentary. On one hand I have empathy for being treated like a second class citizen during parole. On the other had they don't understand that they are completing their prison sentence at a no security prison. One thing I notice of some of the people being documented... after all the time spend in prison where there are repercussions for breaking the rules... they start out not understanding, rules are rules... all they have to do is prove they have the ability to follow them for a set period of time. The lack of self control and understanding right from wrong is the root of the problem. That is what needs to change, otherwise they will be back in jail again. I am glad to see some of them succeed after falling down. Bless the souls of those parole officers for never giving up and believing in them. Something that we all need.

This reminds me of when my friend and I were heroin addicts, he stole some very expensive items over a 4-5 month period and pulled in around 100 grand. I remember being so jealous that he had all this money and dope. Well, he got caught and locked up for 5 yrs. I would never trade 5 years of my life for 100 grand

I remember when I was on parole. My last parole agent was a real pain in my ass. She was younger then me and was on a power trip always threatening me to send me back. I was glad when I was reassigned a new parole agent.

Heroin addiction is real buddy so if you ain't walked in them shoes you don't know I've walked in them shoes for 30 years and I've done 14 years in prison because of that drug but I've beat it cause I've been out this time for 4 years fuck heroin

But when my kid was born I chose to quit and actually be a father rather than just wasting my life getting high. You can go to rehab, treatment, jail, prison. Doesn't matter what you do, if you aren't ready to put it down you will make up any excuse to justify your bs. I made that choice and never looked back. Because it was the guys 4th parole officer. She gave him basic parole obligations. Don’t drink. Not only did he break that immediately, he posted photographic proof of it. He’s an idiot and deserves to never see a parole board again.

it is just marked by the device as overwritable so when you write new data it will go away but you can use tools to get it back unless its been writen over because then it would be un-recoverable. the only way to delete is to overwrite with 0's or 1's

He needs to strengthen up for himself, the rest will follow. He's in jail saying he's trying to make it up to her.... How? For spending year after year for ten years behind bars? Got to do it for yourself guy.. the rest will follow. Eventually she will get older and resent you, she's young right now, hope she doesn't act out in her teens, as I've seen that scenario far to many times. It will serve to give you an excuse to keep using and messing up, not that you need one. Vaughn, doesn't matter what you grew up seeing, what matters is what life you choose for yourself. You know slot because you've seen it all. Make positive decisions for yourself, don't hang with the same crown, think about improving your education, it will help you in the future and occupy your time. I hope Anger Management was a mandatory part of her parole. She clearly has a lot of anger. She said "I didn't kill anyone", but she tried to. She violently slashed the face of another human being and 10 years later she is still justifying her behavior. I wouldn't want her caring for any of my loved ones, or me for that matter.

There was a BLATANT difference between the 2 female correctional officers. One was genuinely helpful and wanting to improve lives, the other was there to just collect the check, hand out neck swings and attitude. Katherine is an Earth Angel! A lot could happen in under a year. Regardless of her background, he's still the one who has the power to succeed or fail and he chose to fail. He could either get with the program or serve out his sentence. You cant agree to rules and break them and cry its not fair when caught. It might not be easy but im sure it beats being locked up. Montoya had a woman who had goals and was willing to work with Montoya not against her. Thats why she succeeded. She chose to succeed.

The way that Dad pushed his crying daughter's arms off of his waist reminds me so much of my dad. My dad was the same type of dude, in and out of my life due to heroin. The only time he would ever show me any type of affection was when he was high or wanted people to think that he had his life together.
I remember going over to his house one weekend and he had moved in his girlfriend and her daughter. Her daughter had taken over my room that he had made for me. I had to sleep on the couch. I remember being so angry at 10 years old and sobbing. I threw my arms around him And he laughed like this piece of crap and said "why are you crying tough guy?" Scoffing at me like it was some kind of a joke.
My dad passed away in May 2019 due to liver cancer caused by hepatitis C due to his heroin usage. I'm now 41 years old with children of my own. I can still remember to this day that moment, what I was wearing, what he was wearing, what the weather was like, where I was at.
This memory will be burned into this little girl's mind for life. I absolutely hate and loathe deadbeat dads with everything in me.

I am terribly sorry you had to experience such, as I too NEVER had my dad in my life or truly knew who he was until I met him at age 26, by then there was no connection, relation nothing. Nonetheless I don't hate him, no longer holds him accountable for anything. . Officer Montoya and the Bald officer are making wonderful progress for their community. It's a thankless job but it's refreshing to see POs who actually care. It's very difficult for folks coming out of the system to make that change. I wish all the folks in this doc the very best. Frontline docs are so fantastic that I feel guilty that they are free so I try to donate to my local PBS when I can.

Maybe, but the parole officer job is to make sure the parolee is following the rules. The parolee can’t control what officer they get, but they can control following the rules
The key is being humble and smart enough to do what you have to do to get where you want. It is that simple. Saying you love your kid and then being unwilling to do what you need to do to get back to her is ridiculous. A parole officer isn't supposed to do things your way. Your way is what gave control of your life to others.
I see your point...But it is also only 1 case for each officer for the documentary out of the 50 - 60 -70 cases they have on-going. We also don't see what was edited.

Because the one I saw was full of people that still refuse accountability, make excuses, lie, game the system, ignore the rules they find inconvenient, refuse to humble themselves and put their energies into swerving in and around the system with no real goals or plan to succeed.
No one, even without the burden of monitored release, can succeed and excel with those attitudes. It's destined for failure... And you blame the parole officer. Unbelievable... I would suggest you do not have a clear vision on what it takes to overachieve. This is in their power... At least to get a better chance.
I felt so bad for Raylee. She seems like she holds a lot inside all because her dad doesn't want to be a man and deal with the consequences. He chose the easy way out over wanting to be a better person/father for her. That little girl deserves so much better.

When he told her outside the store, "you can tell me anything." It was obvious that she hoped so hard and waited so long for him to come home and give her some semblance of dad who cares about her. I was on probation for an internet related crime.part of my probation was i could have phone but no internet access. Which thankfully my first few probation officers realized in this day and age internet is a must have and gave me that leeway.however i did have to relinquish phone so they could check if i was doing anything i wasnt supposed to be doing.

I was placed on probation at 45 y.o. for first time. It was no where near as restrictive as parole but nonetheless life changing. Having to answer to an authority that holds your well being, occupation, future, living arrangements, family along with all hopes and dreams in their grasp is a feeling beyond description. An officer similar to Montoya changed my perspective. We need more understanding and empathy like hers in this impossible system.
probation is nothing like parole. at least misdemeanor probation, which is the only one I've had experience with. Since I've seen plenty of therapists and counselors in my life for drug addiction, the 6 months with the probation officer for petty theft was pretty much just another person to talk to, because I don't really have any friends and my entire life I've had almost no one to talk to about my feelings and issues, so I did not mind the once a month session. but there was basically no rules or conditions for petty theft probation, I was even allowed to drink (not that I did, I've never been an alcohol drinker), I was free to travel, and do whatever. As long as I showed up and did not commit any more crimes there was nothing to worry about. He did want drug tests, but since I was already in an outpatient treatment center for addiction, I was allowed to just fax him the ones I already took there. Maybe a suspended sentence just requires court supervision, and to make sure I did the 32 hours of community service.

I am a Felon, 5 years highly supervised. highly regimented, a violation will get me incarcerated, that stress has been goin on like 4 years and Im just so damn tired I tell ya. My sons have grown into adults and dont hang around moms.... cant bring your six pack or joint into my backyard for an afternoon bbq.. never know if my Officer might just pop by unannounced. My friends n cousins dont stop by for horseshoes or to play a few hands of cards anymore. we are all left thinking if me going in for the 2 years would have been a better choice for the mental, physical of my and familial well being of our loved ones... so much that we were trying to keep the same has changed because of our choice... idk, you experienced differences ( i also expected to) but i got a lot of parole similarities. say a prayer for me and mine please as i will for you and yours. blessed by differences bringin us together, thank you and take care❤
Some probations make parole look like a cake walk. It depends on the stipulations and provisions with probation. And often, they can be very confusing and inconsistent. Parole is more structured.
i’ve been in and out of jail and prison for most of my adult life. Which hasn’t been extremely long, but still.. I had the same attitude for awhile UNTIL i realized it’s not about being an “adult” and i’m free i should be able to do what i want.. you committed a crime and it’s about seeing if you can resist the urge to do stupid small things and follow simple rules so when you’re REALLY on your own with no oversight you can exercise judgement to stay drug free and crime free and live a good life. There’s ALWAYS someone above you, there’s always rules.. We all want to be free from that, but it’s not realistic. Once i realized that i never went back. It’s been almost 7 years and i’ve been in rehab for 4 years, at my job for almost 3, have my own home. Me and my fiancé both have brand new cars, a 5 year old daughter and we are taking our 2nd vacation this year in a week to Gatlinburg. It’s extremely hard. Takes a lot of pride swallowing but it’s possible. And now i’m FREE.
☝️☝️this 💯 ☝️☝️ these guys, they are not men, have not realized they need to grow up, stop behaving like victims, and own the consequences of their actions. If you don't want to be a functioning part of society, then go live on the outskirts of it. We all live by rules.

@@HabeasJ yea and part of his parole requirements was no drinking especially in the halfway house. He knew the rules and broke them anyways and on top of that took pictures of it! He's dumb and has no one to blame but himself.

Those who judge officer Brayfeild do not understand that when a parolee drinks or uses drugs they need to act. The offender in this case was extremely rude to her and he lacked accountability.

Ive been through this and having a good parole officer makes all the difference. Props to officer montoya for being a commendable officer.
The end is SO sad! Jesus, if they just would have let the guy stay with his girlfriend instead of dropping him off in a heroin park, he would have never been back!!! This System is so broken, but it's designed that way....it needs a complete overhaul, from the Top-down.

Tbh looking at the parole halfway house rules is insane.. there should be some change to it, its worse then prison imo. The girl was just following the procedure to get her pay check.. while the whole system should be looked over and changes be brought in.
I just finished off 20 years state of Connecticut Connecticut. Served 11 years in prison followed by 9 years special parole. Not easy staying out and parole. I got one arrest on my record and after I got out I stayed out never went back. All depends on your parole officer. I've had every po in New Haven and for the most part they weren't too tough. I had one that was just a miserable human being and really got off I'm trying to make things as difficult as possible. In general if you're doing the right thing you really don't have much to worry about.

These are grown men acting like babies thats why. They are f ups and need discipline and structure. They are criminals who have burglarized and in some cases been violent. Do the work to get better or go back to jail. Those are the rules. Its not easy but its that or continue to be a menace to society.

I’ve been on parole since 2010 and still have 3 more years to go…the simple fact is if you’re honest with your PO and not doing stuff to get in trouble you’re not going to get in trouble. Respect yourself and others and parole will be easy.

That sweet little girl who obviously loves her daddy more than anything should’ve been all the motivation he needed. He should be ashamed of himself. He needs to grow up and realize that buying shoes a good daddy does not make.

These types are non-fixable.
Great documentary. On one hand I have empathy for being treated like a second class citizen during parole. On the other had they don't understand that they are completing their prison sentence at a no security prison. One thing I notice of some of the people being documented... after all the time spend in prison where there are repercussions for breaking the rules... they start out not understanding, rules are rules... all they have to do is prove they have the ability to follow them for a set period of time. The lack of self control and understanding right from wrong is the root of the problem. That is what needs to change, otherwise they will be back in jail again.
I am glad to see some of them succeed after falling down. Bless the souls of those parole officers for never giving up and believing in them. Something that we all need.

This reminds me of when my friend and I were heroin addicts, he stole some very expensive items over a 4-5 month period and pulled in around 100 grand. I remember being so jealous that he had all this money and dope. Well, he got caught and locked up for 5 yrs. I would never trade 5 years of my life for 100 grand

Did you get help for your addiction? Might take a few years....but stay with it. It is very hard to rehabilitate, but it is doable.
I only got paid $20,000 a year for around 5 years growing up so in a sense I traded 5 years of my life for 100 grand

I remember when I was on parole. My last parole agent was a real pain in my ass. She was younger then me and was on a power trip always threatening me to send me back. I was glad when I was reassigned a new parole agent.

But when my kid was born I chose to quit and actually be a father rather than just wasting my life getting high. You can go to rehab, treatment, jail, prison. Doesn't matter what you do, if you aren't ready to put it down you will make up any excuse to justify your bs. I made that choice and never looked back. This fuckin guy in the video repeatedly fucks over his own kid, so I'm sorry but he gets no sympathy from me. Empathy yes, but he's had every opportunity to get it together and he doesn't want to and chooses not to. You can make excuses for him and feel sorry for him all you want, he loves that I'm sure. Gives him a cop out. I've been in the streets buddy, and I choose my kid. Period.

Because it was the guys 4th parole officer. She gave him basic parole obligations. Don’t drink. Not only did he break that immediately, he posted photographic proof of it. He’s an idiot and deserves to never see a parole board again.
@@rsod85 agree. And then he tried to argue why others can drink and why he can’t. Because he’s technically STILL serving his sentence, just outside of prison walls. Optimal conditions? NO! But I would think it’s better than prison although I haven’t experienced neither. Maybe in the mind of an inmate it isn’t clear what parole is. 🤷🏻♂️
Plus when you delete something it isn't actually deleted(yes even when you empty recycle bin)
it is just marked by the device as overwritable so when you write new data it will go away but you can use tools to get it back unless its been writen over because then it would be un-recoverable. the only way to delete is to overwrite with 0's or 1's

Being paroled means u are out of prizon but still have to follow the laws and sometimes u wear a monitar and if u dont ur right back to prison if u want freedom outside please follow the rulles of probation
