The Golan was taken by Israel from Syria not Lebanon during the six day war. Not sure what a NATO camp is because they don't exist in Lebanon. There are Palestinian refugee camps that exist in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and the West Bank administered by UNWRA. It helps if you know what you are talking about.
