They turned, "When I was Vice President during the pandemic," into "When I was Vice President during the recession." Clearly the audio was different than the transcript. They have yet to name a high crime or misdemeanor Biden committed and that he should be impeached for. This is a show to maintain the illusion that Biden did commit a crime. AG Garland has provided the info the committee they asked for; they are trying to create a crime when none exists.

Actually they are not wasting any money with this hearing because it is correct that they hold him in contempt of congress. He is withholding information from Congress illegally. The Democrat Mafia wishes to make this about Donald Trump and wishes to lie about the findings of the Attorney General who was responsible for the case but that doesn't make it true. His findings were that Joe Biden was guilty and that he was incompetent to stand trial. Now they wish to hide the evidence that proves that they falsify the transcripts like Kamala Harris did in California win her office was trying to keep a man in jail with a falsified confession not to mention all of the Brady violations that her office committed and then she refused to stop from happening for several years before she was called out in the ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for prosecutorial misconduct
This one is not a waste of our money. Congress ordered AG to turn over documents and audio unedited from our AG and AG did not comply. Biden agreed to turn it over. AG made the decision not to, in its entirety. It is important. No AG has that power.

In common law, the principle of prosecutorial discretion allows public prosecutors a wide latitude to decide whether or not to charge a person for a crime, and which charges to file.
The AG is not an average citizen and they have prosecutorial discretion. Even if Biden did break the law, he doesn’t have to bring charges. Simple as that. Republicans are delusional and wasting time and tax payers money.
