Connolly and Raskin have no direct relevance to Garland's actions. They divert the discussion and aim to keep the focus on Trump. Luna also brings up an excellent point about the loss of trust and respect in various institutions such as Congress, our justice system, the FBI, and the Office of the President. Since the transcripts have already been released, withholding the audio only exacerbates the existing distrust. It would be better to release the audio and agree not to create commercials using "sound bites" from the audio. This way, we can move forward. Mr. Garland can then determine how he can contribute to serving justice and regaining the respect and trust that has been lost.
