The main battle track was a little longer that the one in the OST, but to use it I had to loop the track so this one is slightly longer than the original version. More Cowbell.

Oh man the first time I looked up and saw Palaven burning... We didn't even had the chance to visit it :(
They were programmed to harvest the milky way only.
Pro trick: watch series on flixzone. I've been using it for watching lots of of movies these days.

When you kill both of those brutes and then find out there is a Reaper Blackstar lying around :(

Eh, even on harder difficulties, it's ridiculously easy to take down a brute.
I had a few approaches, but my favorite and most accessible was the Blood Pack Executioner pistol. It could only carry one shot per clip, but it hits like a truck and is basically an omni-range sniper rifle with the ammo capacity of a pistol.
Combine that with incendiary ammo, or skills like incinerate/warp/etc..and you've got a dead brute in like...seconds.
See that red spot, the big one. That's my home... Ouch!
+chris kingston Notice how the spot is the biggest on Palavan? The Reapers were really hoping to kill Garrus.
+chris kingston Later in the game I half expected Garrus to ask me at some point to fly in and save his father and sister.
Which I would have done in a nano-second if he had asked.

when husks and reapers where everywhere around us but i was just glad, garrus was at my side and we watched each others back against all foes
one of the best levels in the game ...just the sheer size of the battle was awesome...
wish they had let you get more involved in battles

I wish Menae was longer and extended so that you could actually land on Palaven. I still think it would be a cool DLC if they let us say rescue Garrus' family.
This is probably my favorite track on the OST, and I love this extended version of it. Getting synth shivers down my spine.
I wish we could actually have seen Palaven.
This and Mars are the best tracks on the ME3 soundtrack.Fucking awesome.
@Gears yeah that's why Garrus has hardly any plot in ME3. Also, on Thessia you were originally supposed to have to choose between saving Liara or the Virmire survivor when Kai Leng breaks the floor, with a potential of losing both (action rather than a dialogue wheel).
Seriously though,is there anyone on this planet who would have chosen the Virmire survivor over Liara?

+chiffmonkey you're forgetting the original ending to the trilogy too - had nothing to do with "we don't want you to be killed by synthetics so we're going to send synthetics to kill you"

To be honnest i thought we would go on palaven after this and fights more reapers to help the turians.Too bad it was this short....
Yeah i know and this is too bad.The game is stil lgreat but he would have been just....the most epic game for this generation and may be even after if they did work on it a bit longer.
