What kind of shell casings? If the were long rifle shells it could easily be homicide. 3 blocks is nothing for a assault rifle to do.
That is correct an assault rifle can clear almost 2,000 ft bullet before losing accuracy a sniper rifle would do possibly around 6,000 ft before losing momentum in a 50 caliber well most likely could take a jumbo jet out the sky traveling over 15,000 ft.
I noticed the cop didn't mention the amount of a distance it must be quite far because he's puzzled of how far that bullet had traveled to hit this woman and I'm thinking more than 10 blocks an assault rifle can clear that pretty easy fax 100.
That's what I think the same thing he didn't they didn't mention the type of shells in the news but it has to be long enough an assault rifle can clear quite a few distance a hand Glock won't do that a handgun might clear about 800 ft and it will lose a lot of accuracy a shotgun won't make that unless it's a slug and that'll just really slow down at possibly 600 ft.
Bullets don't just travel at high rate of speed but traveling over 5,000 mph and breaking bones and flesh and some bullets brake light shrapnel's and that mostly belongs in the assault rifles and sniper rifle style bullets but they're very expensive and probably very rare because military only holds those type of bullets.
I would say that was not a targeted attack I would say that was a stray bullet but I'm assuming the victim that died she probably had a criminal record and the cops just probably lumped her in with a crime and think that they know the suspect is linked to her I would say it's a stray bullet especially when it's a City full of crime angry people with guns. LOL 😂

I'm starting to get suspicious with all these doctors when it comes to severe trauma wounds that require a quick surgery they all the patients seem to die at the hospital even in the patients under the police's care end up in the hospital and they seem to die with these incompetent doctors. LOL
When I got bullet wounds?.... I avoid the hospital at all costs and become my own doctor and I have successfully healed myself and operated on myself successfully and I'm still alive today 100% facts 100%.

Back in the day Parents were held accountable for their children if they missed school, fined and sometimes jailed for truancy. These juveniles should have their parents punished also if they can’t control their children. We are afraid to walk outside we are not safe in our homes.
