Excellent Diya. All the recipes are not only good for the stomach but also soothing for your soul in the summer. Yesterday, I was awaiting your videos. I kept on watching your old videos whenever I got a break. And you have made a wonderful decision by letting your daughter eat whatever you eat. I did not do this and I am facing a lot issues these days. Thanks Diya for this wonderful video. Stay healthy and happy.
hey Diya, nice video :) if you do not want your curd to get split, add the beaten curd and mix it when the curry / pan is not so hot. One technique is when we mix curd to any curry, we switch the gas flame off first and then mix.
I loved that part in which you were calling Kaayu Dear to lick the honey spoon.... Love the kitchen accessories, especially the wooden spice boxes and the pepper crusher. They make your food look so interesting.
So good to see a cooking video Diya. Missed them. Love all ur recipes. My husband is vegetarian so its always good to learn new recipes. I'm from Durban, South Africa. We are just finishing a very hot summer as well. Love all ur kitchen ware. Always so relaxing to watch.
Hi, I am watching your video first time and I like it a lot. So simple n nice n healthy n easy cooking dishes you have show. For curd I have one idea to share, before adding curd in curry you can make curd evenly smoot first by adding little water or milk after mixing it well and making it evenly smooth then add it to curry. Will not let the curd look like uneven in the curry
What an easy breakfast..we make Rosa, sambar, chutney,tea....blablafor noon.. a coconut added curry,a spicy curry without coconut..one veg stir-fry, fish or meat fried, side dishes like curd/salad ..... Evng have to prepare samoosa like items for tea...night again same like noon.....I wish whole world should see this and change their eating habits..so some ladies can step out of kitchen for few moments at least...
I follow this whenever I add curd to a recipe, turn of the flame for few minutes before adding the whisked curd, and then stiring it continuesly on low flame. Ur vlogs are amazing
Hi... As always very helpful video... When I add curd into a curry I switch off the gas and then I mix the curd .. after 2/3 minutes again switch on the gas... It works..😊😊💕
I just love how you blended the veg.for the bread omelette, great way to sneak in for the little ones.😂Love your garnish for your smoothie. Love your videos, such a lovely family. Aloha from Hawaii.💕🌈
For the dahi u were asking, whenever u use daihi for a sabzi, keep the heat low before adding dahi to the sabzi, u may also sprinkle a little water to lower the heat in the pan n then add dahi n "mix quickly" yes! mix quickly Most of my cooking requires dahi in sabzi ( Rajasthani sabzi) so I do it this way Hope it helps🙂
This is really soothing to the eyes. All the products you use are just out of the world. Can you share the link of your pink/ purple color crockery set
You should not boil any curry that you add curd in. So low heat and keep stirring even after you remove it from the heat. This will keep the curry creamy. Love from Cleveland ohio
I remove it from heat and then mix curd..after it cools down and put it back again on stove. You can do this to other curries and gravy where adding curd is necessary.
Hi Diya ..started watching ur blogs lately .. already loving it .. wow ur creativity ..small batches of ginger garlic n other beautiful stuff ..ur kitchen utensils are just like u sorted.. please may I know from where u buy it n please cud u tell me where did u buy d alarm on d fridge ..

Hey Diya, love the idea of making sandwich with veggies. One quick question, which non stick pan are you using for making the sandwich? I really like it❤
Some tips that might help you: Curd should be whisked properly Gas should be on low when you are adding it to the pot. Keep on stirring it continuously while adding it to pot. Add salt after the curd has taken a boil, not before.
As always so soothing yet informative video. I have 1 year 3 months old daughter. whenever I watch you and Kaya I imagine me and my daughter in the frame. you two in one frame is so adorable...
Ma'am in these video I liked u r kitchen utensils very much I want to know from where you have purchased bread box biscuits container snacks container I have checked the description but I did not find please share ma'am
Hi Diya, The video was wonderful. Summer is soon approaching where I am based and now I'm craving all that you made. Could you share the link to the timer that's on your fridge door? When I have to add curd/dahi to any recipe, I place the pot on a not hot surface - either the plaftorm or a gas hob that's not lighted and then add the curd. It helps to not curdle. Hope it works for you.
Lovely video!!! All your videos are very inspirational n motivating. Please can you share tips how to overcome afternoon drowsiness that will not hamper our household work flow.

Wen using curd in cooking, never add salt earlier than curd... It curdles further... Add curd, keep stirring the mixture... And in the end add salt.
You are absolutely correct.......salt is the reason of curdling......
One more thing , switch off the gas let the vessel cool a little and then add beaten curd while stirring, keep the flame low. Curd will not curdle
You never try to impress and encourage us cook in this summer with your recepies 😍
U inspire with ur aesthetics and simply superb recepie!!

Add masalas into the curd to stop it from curdling or simply whisk it with very little aata or besan.. and add into your dishes. Works always.
You can add curd at the end after your curry is cooled down.
