I’m a new 2b2t player and I have died about 80 times in 30 minutes from other people.
You need a plan to escape the chaos of spawn find an exit and RUN. 2b2t hates new player and in anarchy it's allowed to spawn kill. Also play with hacks it will keep you alive longer and speed hacks to escape spawn.
Think of it as a Middle East simulator.

Hmm, this got me thinking. Wouldn't the best way to turn Spawn into an inescapable trap be to completely cover the sky in Obsidian so that anyone with a Vanilla client is completely blind? Definitely be a lot less tasking to build than Walls.

This server sounds great and I would love to get involved but I just feel utterly alienated as a newcomer before I've even joined. I think the attitude is just so toxic and shit.
@Smitty Renbarger the point is to alienate anyone even considering joining so that theres never any new players and the server eventually dies? Yeah sounds good to me.
The point is that you gotta prove yourself, If you manage to escape spawn and survive without giving up after getting killed so much without reason you proved that you could psychologicly overcome 2b2t
You kinda need to prove your ability to survive in wasteland that is 2b2t, escape spawn go build starter base join a group if possible to get gear and continue oldest tradition which is killing newcomers
