netherite is movable, blast resistant, and takes a while to mine. creating netherite walls that move rapidly by some piston contraption could be completely unbreakable.
No because low TPS would slow down the machine and Withers would ruin the fun and shoot you down with a single blue skull. Not to mention people would simply pillar up and crystal you and Netherrite is not blastproof unlike Obsidian.

Actually, spawn will be a Warped Forest. It’s just that it will look like a Nether Waste, or, literally hell because it’s spawn.
Marthlake [Quit, read my about page for info] biomes are saved on the coordinates ever since 1.2.5. Any terrain loaded after that update will keep their biomes, and won’t be changed by this update.

I think there are 219,726,562,500 chunks in the nether, so it's not an easy feat.

There's always the possibility of deleting the existing nether. Otherwise the upgrade would be worthless.
The nether is 30 million by 30 million blocks. There is more than enough room.
packerfan2016 isn’t a minecraft world 60m x 60m? If that’s the case and nether is 8 times smaller i would assume it would be way less than 30m.
@@Gemarald The nether is NOT 8 times smaller. It's just that when you travel 1 block in the nether you're travelling 8 in the overworld, but in correlation it has the same size (which now is infinite.)

Is it just me or has Minecraft been getting a ton of new content these past few years? (2017-now) I don’t remember this much content before 2016

Yeah after Microsoft bought Minecraft they said they would rather do more frequent updates but less content in each update rather than less updates but more content per update. They eventually realized that was a bad idea and stuck to making bigger, rarer updates

Warp forest farms are one of my top five must have farms in Minecraft. The stems can be used as wood, the shroomlights can be used as a light source, and the wart blocks fill auto composters faster than any other vegetation.

We might start seeing base tours of Nether bases constructed from blackstone and Nether wood, and/or of replicas of the Jesus statue made of netherite or something by Baritones...
Nether spawn chunks won't update, it'll just be new chunks that are updated. It'll be the border between the new and old nether chunks closest to the x and y highways that will be the warzone.
@@sledgend_1 Oh yeah... that glitch won't happen now... unlike what happened when biomes in general were first added... oh before I started playing. So yeah, people will need to go far from the highways to generate any of the four new nether biomes... and I can easily see why the borders would be a warzone... all the people decimating the new chunks to reveal ancient debris...
There should be an updated version of this. A lot of features were left out, such as bastions, bartering, respawn anchors, the Basalt Delta, and more. The same goes for your video addressing Caves and Cliffs on 2b2t. For future "Update vs. 2b2t" videos, I advise waiting until the update fully releases. This way, all features are covered.

Another thing, gold is not only necessary to create Netherite Ingots but also it can be used to barter with piglins which can give various items. The most useful ones in a 2b2t context (as of 1.16-pre2) would be obsidian, crying obsidian, leather (to make books), Soul Speed enchanted books and boots, potions of fire resistance, ender pearls and fire charges. So gold will see a massive resurgence if 2b2t updates to 1.16.
I like the ocarina of time forest temple theme remix in the background. Kinda bops.

When it does update, use respawn anchors to set spawn, if you get bed trapped it’ll eventually lose charge and you’ll be freeed

Instead of crystaling new players, in the Overworld spawn they'd be anchor-bombing people. They're easier to place, many of them can be spammed all at once due to their blast resistance, and set things on fire when they explode.
