There are so many things wrong with this video. First you have the fusion machine facing the wrong way, you didn’t face to your stops, you didn’t clean the pipe or the heater, you held the fuse under pressure during your entire heat soak, you fused the pipe under facing pressure. Every weld you do increases the drag pressure because you have the machine facing the wrong way. you didn’t calculate for drag. I can guarantee that those welds will fail. it’s not an if it’s a when. very disappointed to see such a great machine and high-quality product get fused together improperly. I would highly recommend getting some fusion training.
What is the cool down time on sdr 11 before you can pull it with the loader?
Depending on the size pipe … I’d say around 12/13:00 min

If you set the Poly horse up properly then you wouldn’t have to man handle that pipe. Work smarter not harder.
Procedures are wrong.. ggeeeezzz ur welds are not gonna last
