What if when Dean Hardscrabble went to go scare Jack-Jack and he displayed his power set to her, she was so terrified that *she* screamed at the top of her lungs, and that’s how she broke the all-time scare record, but never told anyone that it wasn’t the child that screamed that much, but herself.

I always believed that Jack Jack's monster was an unseen monster that looked exactly like his own monster form, and that you can say that when he morphs into monster form, he's just replicating the monster's appearance, much like he does Edna in the second movie.

They use the problem of scaring kids, babies cry when they get scared
Dean said that when a kid cries it will alert there parents and then informing there parents about a monster in there room
The Dean probably was scared because she thought Jack Jack's demon baby form was a baby monster. A horrendous human turned into a innocent baby monster.
1) Edna's device could track Jack Jacks location in the other dimensions not view them.
2) Jack Jack showed similar powers in the movie, time travel may be one she missed (or didnt explain on screen.l
3) If it is time travel, then it may not be bount to the same points as the Door time travel.
What if the story of super powers did get out and that’s why there is a scream shortage. Not enough monsters wanted to be scarers.

If we're going on the theory that Boo has powers, its easy to assume we just never saw those two powers.
Kind Souls most people dont like that theory not saying I dont but a lot of people don't consider it as fact so we cant really just go by that theory just like ronbledore.
If you agree with the Pixar theory, Boo would have powers because she grows up to be the witch, who does indeed have powers.

It'd be a wonder if any monster could actually scare Jack-Jack... he can turn INTO a monster.
Is it possible that Jack Jack's real power is transport to other dimensions and that every time he does he picks up a new ability from that dimension? He Becomes a monster because he went to the Monster-verse. He learned to float by going to the UP universe. He gained invisibility from the Whisps in Brave, can climb walls because of a Bugs Life, and got laser eyes from Buzz Lightyear.
That doesn't make sense. But the monster one does make sense. They are all in the same universe explained by the Pixar Theory.
you're clearly wrong,JACK JACK,turned into a monster before we knew he had an ability to go other dimensions.

I think maybe that at the time of incredibles 1 and 2, Jac-Jac is'nt old enough to have a monster, like maybe he still sleeps in the same room as his parents or he just is'nt sacred of monsters like Boo was to sully?
A monster, essentially time traveling, to sneak into a super's room, to discover that the toddler is part monster.
Something feels odd about this...

But wait, in the Pixar theory doesn't Monsters Inc take place in the future, the doors let them go back in time to scare kids? So therefore, anyone could be Jack Jack's monster, as we're not actually stuck in that time range.
There's no solid link between the two but this theory makes so much sense it's ridiculous lol. But I also think it's possible Jack Jack's dimension is the monster world, or influences the monster world. Also also Jack Jack was a baby, likely too young when his powers became obvious to be subject to scaring yet so he likely wouldn't have gotten a monster because by the time it came to assigning him one the monster world would have known about his powers. Perhaps the fact that he didn't get a monster actually birthed the myths about lazer eyes and telekinesis rather than him actually having a monster. Since his powers were so numerous and so much more obviously dangerous the rumours about him would likely have persisted further than rumours about Dash or Violet or other non-polymorph children. But eh, still a great theory hahahaha. Adds even more substance to the dean's character. (Is that how you spell dean btw? I just assumed it's the same as the name "Dean")

If Randall, a adult human-sized lizard monster with chameleon powers, or any other monster came into someone's room and was seen(without necessarily needing to make a sound-look at squishy from monsters u), anyone would be scared and not be like "what's your name?"

You do pose an excellent theory, Seamus. After witnessing the madness that is Jack Jack, any of the monsters may have been like, "Ya know what!? Now I've seen everything! I'm GONE!!"
Also,
a) It's DEFINITELY possible for Violet to have/have had a monster! Why else would she symbolically hide behind her hair?! Well aside from the natural hormones and inhibitions that come with being a teenager, but still! It's possible! And she can turn invisible, so the monsters would likely just go away.
b) Dash...might've had a monster, though that begs the question: given that he has super speed, what would he do afterwards?
"Hey what's that?"
"Woah! Cool!"
"Where am I?"
"AH! MONSTERS EVERYWHERE!"

I envision Violet's monster being Randall, "You can disappear, so can I," and Dash's monster being some sort of shadow monster hence the clique, "You can't run from your own shadow."
I think Jack-Jack is too young to have a monster... Yet. Hardscrabble is clearly a candidate a few years after the events of I2, but only if they don't yet have the research process down pat like in Monsters Inc. (In which case Violet and Dash might also plausibly have monsters.)

Unrelated to the video, but I had a suggestion for another Disney theory. What if Dr. Fecilier from The Princess and the Frog is the son/grandson of Mama' Odie? It would explain her age if he was in his late 40's early 50's. Plus they both use voodoo magic, and are known to be royals of their craft. Mama' Odie is described as the "voodoo queen of the bayou" and Dr. Fecilier mentions how "I'm a prince myself on my mother's side." You don't have to do it, but it was just a thought.

Maybe that 1 can she kept is from numerous attempts to scare Jack-Jack and she FINALLY managed to do it and retired immediately there after to preserve her health. xD

What if Roz was Dean Hardscrabbles scream can collecter monster and the incident with jack jack gave Roz the idea to spread the rumours about children being deadly to carry out her investigations in Monsters inc
Your theory makes sense. It could also be the reason why the monsters initiated the protocol "23-19". The steps of the protocol were:
1- deactivate the door.
2- sterilization the scarer who went in and the entire scare floor to prevent "contamination".
3- destroy the door.
Why would the monsters go to that extent to deal with children??

I have a question. Why would it make sense for monsters to scare baby’s. They cry for just about any reason. They also tend to stay in their parents bedrooms. Oh and another thing what about baby monitors? Then a monster would be caught. I don’t think that Jack Jacks mom would of let him out of her sight much. Seeing as she was a stay at home mom and most scenes including her in the house had Jack Jack in them.

When jack-jack is in his little demon baby monster form he has a slightly similar appearance, almost the same skin tone, horns, and just being all out, dare I say it, scary?
The CEO of a company I worked for retired to become a professor at Harvard University. This was a worldwide company that he could easily have kept running if he'd wanted to given how much the company grew under his reign. Even highly successful people desire new challenges.

I have just one problem with this If they thought Jack Jack was normal and would scream when they came in the room they know that he is living with other supers and they wouldn’t be worried about that the super powered siblings or parents going in and finding out what was wrong.
