This was the first live performance of the song "Apologize" by The Warning. Danny was working hard switching up between the parts with and without a slide. They killed it.
I wish we had time to talk a little shop but it was crazy as you know. So many people were asking us if we had a chance to meet with you, so I'm glad we did. I have a great picture of us all on our Facebook page if you wanted to use it you can.
What a crazy show that was! (I was about 4 people behind you) New live song, pesky insects, Dany's air guitar at the end of evolve... and the energy in that room! Even though they said they were exhausted, you wouldn't know it. Caught one of the drumsticks too but gave it away to another fan (I already have a pick). What a night!
How beautiful Ale fills the space with her dance when Dany is quite busy and nervous playing for the first time this amazing song. Love this wonderful band!
I'm happy for you guys! Years from now, you can say that you were there when they debuted Apologize "live"! That's awesome! Thank you for sharing this! ⚡🤘
When the word circulated before the concert began - probably someone reading the set list on the stage - that Apologize was going to be song 6 in their set, high fives and yells of delight were exchanged. You have captured their performance so well from a great vantage point, including Dany's quick grab of her slide after the initial guitar intro (she looked really focused while trying to make sure she got it right...). Well done and it was a delight to meet you both after the concert. You were so very gracious to this old man. And, yes, the whole concert was certainly a celebration of their oeuvre to this point, but also to their willingness to challenge themselves consistently as evidenced by playing Apologize on the last day of the 2024 tour - despite their exhaustion. Amazing talent, determination, stamina, performance chops, creativity, adaptability (evolution?), joy and compositional skills made it a night I will remember for the rest of my life. In addition, everyone I met at the concert were wonderful people. I think that is one of the really unique aspects of the crowds DPA attract.
Hey, it's Gord from Kitchener. Thanks for saying hi to us. We love meeting fellow fans of the bands we love. You're right. The Warning Army is like family. We met so many awesome new friends.
What a great recording Ryan and Cindy....The Ladies never need to Apologize for being the best Rock band on the planet. Looked like a great venue to see them. No hurricanes either...😂😂
It was great meeting you guys last night. It was awesome to see them perform this last night. One and only time for the entire tour. My daughter Mandolyn said this was the best birthday ever. Mark
Hey Mark. It was awesome to meet you guys. And that was an awesome gift for your daughter. Major Dad of the year points. Our pictures are up on our Facebook page if you want to pull yours.
Thanks for capturing this song. It was fantastic to be there. ❤ I was hoping this song would be played and it was done so well! It’s one of my favs. The set list was everything I hoped for. They played amazing and the crowd was amazing too! 🔥 Also great to see you two there 😊
Nice meeting you and your wife in the line yesterday Touchy, thanks for the video (I can see myself very close to you when you pan to the left at the end of the video)... It was a great show!!!
@Touchy, Thank you, Mahalo, Merci, Muchas Gracias for posting this!! You can really see Dany playing her chrome slide!!! I wish they could incorporate the piano for the ending!! But I love this!! #APDVillaReality
Yes! Imagine how cool it would be if Ale or Pau during the applause at the false ending played a small electronic keyboard that's been programmed to sound just like one at the end of the album cut. Pau could lay it down on top of her snare during the applause! Of course just using a backing track would be easier, but not visually interesting. It was a fantastic rendition though, even without the piano!
@@CraigCholar - Like in the old days of the band, they always had a keyboard that all 3 sisters played for one song or another. Yes, a mini keyboard synth...or they could play a backing track while Dany sings live! #APDVillaReality
@@gorddunbar7453 - oh I am totally for Keeping It Simple...but technology being what is...I just like the piano solo with Dany's voice! It adds more depth to a song that is already deep!!!
I thought they were gonna wait until the Mexico City shows to debut Apologize. In another person's video off to the right of you guys. You could definitely see how nervous Dany was grabbing that slide in trying to put it on her finger.
Yo las vi hace casi dos años en la CDMX, abriendo a Muse, sonaban igual que la banda principal, llenaban perfectamente el escenario. Ahora que si quieres ver unas muestras, ahí está el video de PolandRock, es épico.

oh yeah absolutely , she always work hard but in this wow , Dany deserved a lot of recognition
Great recording. Thanks for putting this up for us that haven’t been fortunate enough to see them live yet! 🤞
@bluedragon1200 we're glad you enjoyed it 💓
It turns out that this song is my favorite of the KMF album just wow hearing it live!
Ale's playing! Full stop. Underneath Dany and Pau weaving in the middle is a Beautiful short solo❤
💖🐺
Love it!!

Our pleasure!
I think they decided to practice the song live before the Mexican concerts
I'm so glad they didn't wait! It was so cool being there for a first time event like that 🤘🏻
@@scottinokc we're now part of history with them.
@@TouchyReactions I'm wearing that badge with honor!

Great show all around. It's worth all the soreness today.
@@TouchyReactions yeah, my legs aren't happy with me standing for 11+ hours
@danielmccormick3611 I bet
That sounded crazy good!
Yeah, they killed it.
Bad ass. They’re all in the grove, but very cool to see Dany realllyy feeling it at 2:50-3:10. 🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘
Great job Touchy! Cool being able to zoom in on Dany and watch her using the slide for the first time. 😎👍
Thank you 😊 🙏 💓

Thanks Jamie! You too!
0:40 you can see Ale looking at Pau thinking: I hope this one turns out well. They completely nailed!
Yeah, they were probably a little nervous when they started. But they slayed it.
