I appreciate this video a lot! I'm still overwhelmed with the shoe options out there and this was helpful!

Yes there are so many options for sure! I’m glad that you got some value from the video. My advice would be that the biggest difference is to decide if you want a flat shoe or one with a heel. Then just get the one that you like the looks of the best and you’ll probably be happy because there are so many good options. I’ve always liked the Romaleo line the best myself though

I think if I ever go back to heels and need a new pair I’ll have to give these a go

So far I’m a big fan, definitely more secure than the 3s but they don’t feel quite as crazy heavy as the 2s so a nice compromise IMO

Hello i’m thinking of getting these Nike Romaleos, but I am unsure of sizes. I usually wear 43-43,5 (9-9,5). But i have they are quite tight so should i go for size 44 (10)?

Love the shoe but made the mistake of ordering it a half size down because I wanted a more snug fit compared to the Addidas shoes I had. I should have ordered it a half size up. These shoes are killing my feet as a result.

I appreciate your review but how much bodyfat percentage are you carrying in the video . Let’s get the nutrtion and macros in check and focus on that than the low hanging fruit of what shoes you wear when lifting

😂😂 I appreciate the insight, actually in the process of doing exactly that with some cardiovascular health. At the same time, I think with an 800lb squat, I am at the point where shoes DO matter lol

@@RodsStrengthTraining yes they do matter especially at that weight . Keep lifting you are doing good
