    I had the 10 mm but someone stole it at the gym so I bought a new one, went with the 13mm. Today was my first session with the 13mm and fresh out of the package, the 10 mm is soo much better. The 13mm felt like getting stabbed, hopefully it feels better after breaking in. I do notice a significant difference in support in the 13 mm, especially on heavy singles in the low bar squat. I hope the 13 starts to feel better on me soon though.

      Give it 6 weeks or so, in my experience the 13mm is much harder to break in but once it does it's much more comfortable while being more supportive too

    Did you do a Rehydration video? We are starting to do 2 hour weigh in for esport cycling and I’m trying to develop a best practice method for weighing the least before a bike race. A 1-2 hour bike race is very demanding hydration wise so rehydrating is going to be crucial. Granted you also drink during the race so the 2 hour window can be stretched just a bit… wondering your thoughts on fast rehydration and if it’s practical for cycling.

    I appreciate your review but how much bodyfat percentage are you carrying in the video . Let’s get the nutrtion and macros in check and focus on that than the low hanging fruit of what shoes you wear when lifting

    Got the inzer knee sleeves but not the biggest fan. I wanted to get the SBD Powerlifting knee sleeves for my squats and then the regular knee sleeves for all my accessories. You recommend getting both or just sticking to one?

      If you are competing every year, hen powerlifters even do that they have 2 pairs of the powerlifting SBD sleeves or A7 rigor mortis knee sleeves that are either both exactly the same size or one is 1 size smaller for competitions. If you are not competing, it doesn't really matter. If you have 2 pair, they wear out slower

    Hey man my name is Akeem with speech impediment I’m a young man I been training for 2 years gym trying bench 315 or 325 I want to squat 600 I’m eating over 3,000 calories everyday I’m eating right now no junk food at all I can max out with 295 1 rep 255 for 10 reps I can hit 170 for 10 I can do more reps with that I’m going move up next week how long do u think I be able to squat 600 or bench 315

      My knee is 40 cm and calf is 43 cm and I find that L is too big, M feels good and tight, you probably need an S
