I have had the same problem since childhood. My Dad ran in marathons and couldn't understand that I had this problem. He still, to this day, doesn't seem to fully believe that this is a real condition. Even my husband says things like " just fight through it!"... it is depressing to be honest. I would literally need to take allergy pills daily prior to any exercise to help, and that doesn't seem like a healthy choice either.

Zyrtec is what I have to use. I just use a generic brand actually, and experimenting with just half a pill.

Yeap, I kept getting this while riding my bicycle and only day before yesterday figured out that it is a real allergic reaction and not some bug bites. I got itchy hives all over my body and took a picture to show my GP. I doubt he knows about the condition though.

I have this, it’s horrific. It affects me so much in congregational worship and I can’t scratch or move.

Despite all the jokes this is not at all funny for people this happens to. Thanks for the sensitivity. So unprofessional and disappointing.

unfortunately I got it but I noticed that my allergic reaction isn't caused by my sweat, it's caused when I'm sored... I've tested this out plenty of times

And those that don't understand kept saying, those are just excuses to not exercise.
"It's mind over matter they said and you are just not trying". Within 10-15 minutes of exercise, I feel it coming before I even work out a sweat. I start to feel nauseous as the itch builds into raised bumps and also feel like there are things crawling on my skin. It's horrible!! At times even when I'm standing I feel it starting in my toes and working its way up. My skin starts to feel cool to the touch. I don't have asthma or any other health conditions though but used to have seasonal allergies which I have outgrown. I was embarrassed before when my workmates would say, let's walk and get lunch and I would tell them I can't. They would look at me like I had 10 heads and I could see it in their faces they didn't believe me. Screw them! Now anyone that asks I tell them I'm a Queen and have a car so I don't have to walk...I maintain a healthy weight through what I eat since exercise is my enemy.

I have this :( also have the eczema, hayfever, asthma trio as well. Really painful, usually get it from hot weather, wearing too many clothes, stress, stuffy environments,
Body gets so hot and instantly go red all over my chest and neck region. Can be really embarrassing but really uncomfortable. Fortunately I’ve always been able to get out into an environment that’s cooler to reduce the hives, but when it’s building up it takes over your whole body and feels like something hot and itchy is crawling underneath your skin.
All started around 4 years ago, but hopefully will grow out of it? Or a cure will be made.

Don’t get an EpiPen; just get benadryl or zyrtec. I’ve found even the generic brand from dollar tree works pretty well.

I have this. Well no i have allergies, like hay fever and a VERYYYY mild wheat intolerance. However....IF i eat pizza for example and then an hour or so later play netball i will break out in hives all over my skin and my hands and feet will itch 😢. So i have to be selective of mixing certain things

Wow, watching those hives dissolve every day until they disappear is definitely appeasing, I went with what I commented about and after 20 or so days the urticaria’s history, I simply go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
