The interesting thing about "righteousness" is in order to have that you need to be in "right standing" with the Lord! So I would probably beg to differ that most of Christians love righteousness. To be in right standing, your entire life is open to the Lord. Surrendered to the Lord. Dead to the world. Love correction and obedience. I don't see that anywhere I go. Even in my own church.
There is no secret in not falling away. The answer is to cling on to Jesus.

I thank God for allowing me to hear this story again. The first time I heard it was in a Podcast at least 11 years ago and since then I've been longing to be in the atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is so strong that preacher cannot even minister.

Very authentic in teaching. When someone can take the word of God and teach this way, how marvelous to tell the truth. Non-political, all Bible. Not a lot of decreeing and declaring but declaring the truth to set the captive free. Blessings and love to all. Must not enable to keep a friend but pour the love of Jesus, speak truth.

I sent your wilderness teaching to my mom, she had it on her TV and my dad came in and said who is this. We are absolutely purchasing your book -God where are you?" My whole whole family was back slidden but little at a time God has been drawing us back to Him! God bless you and your family and your ministry, what God is doing through you all is life changing.
I have listened to this message like 4 times and it is powerful everytime
This testimony is to tell that GOD IS REAL. After going on three days fasting of repentance, fasting and praying. Throughout the fasting I talk to God like I was talking to a person on Earth. I ask God some xeep questions e.g Have I sinned more than anyone on this earth? What is it that I and my family that I cannot be for given? Why are persons who headens seems to be getting on with their lives? Etc. At the end of the 3 days I was awaken out of a dream where I heard a Voice, it filled the Room and the kitchen, it sound like water bubbling. The voice said "Honour Thou Me" twice. I was scared and shocked. Then the Holy Spirit reminded me of my fasting. This is the first time in my life I have ever heard the Voice of God. Is this Real? God Came into my Room? The story does not end here. I need to kmow How to honour God. A church Sister led me to John Bevetes site. Two weeks later the Holy Spirit dropped this song in my Spiritt. "Is your all on the Altar of Sacrifice Lay"? I looked it up and Understand what God wants me to do. Pray for me that I will truly Honour God.

Read Acts 1:13-15 then read Acts 2: 1-4 and then when this was noised abroad obviously they were in Solomon’s porch in order to minister to the crowd of above 3,120

V 14 At a time two weeks before Pentecost, Peter, and the 10 disciples, chose for about 120 believers to replace Judas, as the scriptures says, and Matthias was chosen to be the 12th disciple, and was with the 12 at the resurrection of Jesus in to the clouds, and at Pentecost. Acts 2: 14 Peter stood up with the 11disciples and addressed the crowd, Your understanding is why off the mark. Because on the day of Pentecost the 12 were all together in one place..

John bevere I am really trying to get interested in your sermons, but this is the third sermon I have chosen to watch with the same story throughout the sermon. Why do you have the same story on three different name titles of your sermons?
Probably because so many of us need to hear this, more than once. I’m on my second time and thankful. I need the fear or God.
Different channels. He is also at different churches speaking to different audiences or congregations or gatherings.
Where are the scriptures
If you didn't see them on the screen, you didn't watch or listen.
Most sounds true till he talk about marriage. Some people can't marry cause of government issues.
But Jesus did teach about marriage. And also with the woman at the well that had 5 husband and the one she was with she wasn't married to.
But he said he was looking for people that will worship in spirit and truth.
I study this and find it comforting and at peace.
I don't need legalistic people to try to put a bondage on me not knowing the truth.
I do my best to love my partner as my own body and I know it won't matter about marriage in heaven.
Many people solely base their Salvation on what Jesus said in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." But Jesus was not finished speaking yet. Later after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended into heaven He said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be Saved, but he that believes not shall be damned." At about that same time He said in Matthew 28:19,"Go therefore and teach all nations, BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not names) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time Jesus disciples baptized anyone in water they invoked Jesus name at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14-18, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16 (Paul's baptism). Peter said in Acts 4:12,"Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other NAME under heaven given among men, whereby we must be SAVED." Paul said in Colossians 3:17,"And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do ALL in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by HIM." Paul said in Colossians 2:8-10,"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwells ALL the fullness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And you are COMPLETE in him, which is the head of all principality and power." Also verse 12, "BURIED with him in BAPTISM, wherein also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead."
The book of Acts is the most important book in the New Testament because all of it is what Jesus and his disciples said what we must do to be Saved, which is what Jesus meant in John 3:3-7, "Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he can not enter into the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born of water AND the of Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of God. 7 Marvel not that I say unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." Being born of water is being baptized in water in Jesus name - which is for the Remission of Sins (Acts 2:38). Being born of the Spirit is being baptized with the Holy Ghost - which is addressed in Acts 2:4 (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:2-5 is a good example.
Some say the thief on the Cross next to Jesus was not baptized in Jesus Name but Jesus was not finished speaking yet. He did not give the COMMANDMENT to be Baptized in His Name until after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended into heaven, therefore the thief could not do it because he did not know about it.

If you do the above you will be making SURE your name is written in Lamb's Book Of Life.
