      I could do 40 reps incline push-up to start, after that 40 reps declined push-up ,daily, besides the pull-up to start the workout .But ,I could only do three full reps+2 half way reps.
      That young girl has made me feel shame of myself.
      What do you expect from a 68 years old farce?

That was super impressive.. very clean form.. was not using momentum or kippling or kip pull-ups or whatever they're called.. very clean solid controlled 20 real deal pull-ups and not even chin ups aka underhand.. that was overhand.. all forearm and lats and pure power. That was real impressive.. and very sexy.. and she's not one of those overly boult dude lookin chick's either
    .. everyday I'm more and more impressed with females.. I mean they have it all.. smarter than us, Sexier, in better shape, more considerate, sweeter, kinder, funnier, can bear a child, love deeper.. sing way better naturally.. more style. I mean poor men now don't really have any legs up anymore.. it's over fellas we are the lesser gender.. I ain't mad at it either .. go girls .. you are just pure works of art that are more capable than I can fathom.. women never cease to amaze me.. like ther are from another world.. angels they are boys.. thank the heavens for them.. fascinating and wonderful creatures..

    • @CrappyCartoons
      @CrappyCartoons 3 дня назад +1

      Why do you say that? Straight legs are a whole lot easier because the core is difficult to tighten when the knees are bent. Do you even do pull ups or do you just comment online?

    • @starktheories1142

      @@CrappyCartoons I can do pulls ups. But if you do pulls making body just like pencil all tight head to toe a single unit, it makes a good difference with bent knees the core is partially engaged because the mechanics but there is always a difference. Give yourself a chance to search bent knee pull ups vs straight legs pulls you will find it. And I do comments if I feel necessary.

      There are two types of pull ups, arched back and hollow body. The ones you mention are arched back, forcing a vertical motion. Hollow body pull ups allow for a more semi-circular, upwards movement. The pull ups from this girl vaguely resemble hollow body, but she uses too much excentric movement to call that a proper hollow body pull up, letalone a "real" pull up. She's definitely strong though.
