- In this video we install and test out the new Stealth Grille Kit from Diode Dynamics. This is a complete kit that is plug and play with the option of customizable back light colors. The back light and high powered LED lights both work on a switch giving you full control.

I LOVE the backlight function on those SS5's - can almost serve as a DRL for those who've swapped out their high beams for non-DRL capable LED's!
I ended up getting the Diode Dynamics POD Bar... but stuck with my Rigid Lights to mount to it. I believe I'll switch out one of the sets for a DD light though, I love the light pattern of these

Thank you! It will not work with any aftermarket bumper that replaces the stock crash bar unfortunately.
Ahh bummer. Wonder if the brackets can just be trimmed down to fit. I’ll have a look in there and post. Appreciate you.
@@teachthestory the mounting bolts are on the top of the stock crash bar, so you would need to probably shorten the brackets and tap new mounting hole on top of the aftermarket bumper. I actually installed this on a friends 4runner

Did you ever replace the switch with an aftermarket switch?
I'm sure there nice but the prices are Ridiculous!! I just want the bracket but that alone is $200 pss
Crazy times, I know. I just bought a small weld on pan hard drop bracket. It’s a small piece of raw metal that literally fits in your hand. I paid $200 after taxes. Just brutal
can you use other pod lights on this bracket like a Morimoto Big Banger or Baja Designs LP6?
I can almost guarantee you can. It’s just a channel that the bolt slides into

How would one run the backlight through the running lights system?
You would need to put a relay in and use the running lights positive to trigger the relay I’d imagine
@@T4RgarageI wouldnt be able to tap into running lights without a relay? Vehicle electronics confuse me haha

2015 4runner Help Needed!
Problem, my bluetooth has terrible static to the point i cannot use it...
The stereo speakers work fine...any suggestions??
