One update. There are the factory clips that are built in to top part that you reuse. I noticed the passenger side in the corner kept popping out about 1/4” or less when I drive. I removed one of the pins and got it to line up with zip ties. Not sure if I didn’t get the clip back in correct, but it was in and I had movement. Now I have it tight. Things to keep in mind because there is those “body painted” clips on the upper. Hope that helps.

PLEASE NOTE: The grille need not be yanked and should not indeed be yanked with brute force. Instead the 6 tabs should be pressed upward one at a time while releasing that side of the segment!!
I didn’t see any brute force used
100% spot on in regards to pulling upwards on the tabs while pulling out the grille tab section per tab section at a time. Worked great. The fit was is poor and the grille is distorted. Going OEM and tossing the YotaExp in the trash

Is there anything that can be done if the upper grille cover’s clips break on removal? Causing it to not stay flush after reinstalling.
I put in the grille and raptor lights on my 2022 it works perfectly fine but now I have a brake over load and airbag light on
Other than than the OEM pro grill this is the best aftermarket grill.

I got this one because the letters screw in. Definitely set the letters 1st before tightening and use blue tape to mark the top of the "O". Then I added some crazy glue on the screws to adhere to the plastic when I tighten the letters down. Hope that helps.
What about fading of Yota’s grilles? (Compared to OEM)
I had a cheap bumper garnish that flew off on the Highway. It irritated me that I constantly had to re tape it. Does the upper grille hold the garnish down and back?
How in all the 7 hells do you get the rubber grommet on. It’s twice the size of the hole

4Runners are pretty new to me, but I’ve been doing some research over the past couple of months. I’ve had five jeep wranglers and one gladiator and I think it’s time to make the switch. My question is if I want to do a small build, nothing crazy what’s the best trim level to start with? I’ve heard Trd off-road premium? That still gives you all the off-road goodies without the roof rack and the appearance stuff, correct?
Welcome over to the dark side lol. I think you'll enjoy your 4Runner. But yes, I would agree the TRD offroad premium is a good choice. That's what we have.

Yes it will work on a 2024 model.
Any issues with installing only 2 screws to that top bracket? Why can’t all 4 be screwed on?
No issues at all with only 2 screws.
For the topography letters, are you guys gonna add them as an option on the website, or should we order the black letters and add a note that we want the topo letters?

Do you know which fuse allows me to have the raptor lights turn on when I switch on DRL?
Instead of using a fuse tap, use a wire tap and tap into the wire at your running light bulb.
Will this product work with a 2024 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium? All references in the video and the website state 2014-2023. Thanks in Advance! I am trying to catch that Black Friday special. Ready to order now!
Yes it will work, we just need to update the year range.
Is there a (noticeable) quality difference between the Yota X and OEM grilles?
It would be hard to tell the difference between ours and OEM. Also our letters screw on where the OEM letters stick on.

My dealer said the stock Toyota grill on the 2023 SR5 premium is a safety sensor. They were going to charge me $600 (2500 total for parts and labor) just to reconfigure the sensor after installing the new predator style grill. How would I handle that sensor with your product/installation?
Our grille does not require you to mess with the safety sensor. That is also a ridiculous price to install a grille.

Any concerns with connecting to the IGN fuse? I have read some stories on other forums where people say to avoid the ignition fuse due to if it blows you’ll get stuck without being able to drive the vehicle. Personally was considering using the TAIL fuse as a result but curious your thoughts since some are saying they will turn off when you turn your low beams off as well.
The TAIL fuse will be fine as long as that fuse location gets power only when the ignition is on. Some people have issues using the IGN fuse location but most times it's install error or a faulty fuse tap. You can use a different location if you're more comfortable with that.
Once the black cover is installed with the double sided tape, how difficult would it be to remove this if ever desired?
It's going to take a bit of force. I would park your truck in the sun for a bit before trying to remove it. That should help.
Installed mine last week, no lights heard that many people have issues with them. Either burning out or electrical issues with the computer and fuse box.

I have a question. If I am installing the OEM heritage cover, do I need the adhesive promoter? It did not come with it. But was curious if that is necessary?
You will be fine without it as long as you mounted to a clean surface.

Will the screws rust up overtime?
The screws are chrome plated to prevent rusting.
Would love to see blue lights and letters
Market for that would be very small which makes it hard to invest money in to it. You can gladly paint the letters if you'd like.
Where can I purchase the lettering?
Does it mess with the sensor?
We have had zero issues with the sensor.

Yes it does!
I have the aux power kit, how would I make the connection to that for these lights?
Just run the power and ground straight into the power kit.

We wanted to lower the price of our grilles. We may offer it as an option but have to charge for the time it takes us to install them.

Yeah but it went off again, I believed it just triggered my cars ignition, but my tires were low afterwards so it's okay 👍🏿
