- I decided to make myself a new vehicle tag. For this project, I chose to run the F1 ultra for its work area and fiber laser ability. The goal is to get white text.
For templates that I have made, check out my Etsy shop. I build files for projects and tools for laser engravers as well as CNC project files.

How do you manage all of your files? We have 1000 of files and I find as we get bigger and do more jobs it gets hard to manage them and find them. Thanks for another awesome video!
I use a folder structure on my PC. Categories and sub categories. I also have a thing for organizing
I get it; thank you for the information and the great videos!
For the pedal, how about attaching it to the bench, so you could tap it with your leg.
You could but the remote has a large button that works for me.
That’s pretty cool. That XCS grid does that show for each project/material choosen? Thanks! Hang in there!
It does for the ones included. I haven’t tried adding my own
Perhaps I missed something in your ESTY shop, but I didn't see an CNC Files
I don’t have CNC files as much. I have maybe one or two. Maybe as I go full time in the shop.
Thats great and came out better than on my P2. Do you think the settings would be same for BLUE plates?
Blue can sometimes be a little more resistant. Typically, it needs a bit more power or slower speed.
@@TheClackShack you rock bruddah'. As a former LEO myself I mostly do LEO related engraves for buddies. Appreciate all your videos and instructions.
Awesome tutorial. Thanks for the help. I do 3D printing also. Do you sell a STL file for your plate jig? Curious of the size, if I could print it in my Bambu printer?
No, I have a 3d printer also but the laser just makes them faster. I can use small scraps to make them.
@@TheClackShack Yeh, I have an Xtool S1 I could cut something out with. I like 3D printing when I can. So you don't sell or share the jig file?
@@atleather I haven’t packaged it yet. I am still adding functionality to it.
do you worry about high heat temperatures being in the south with the lasers being out in a workshop? I want to put mine in the garage but so afraid of the extreme temperatures
Not since I installed the AC. In the time before the AC, I never had any issues
I just set up a template to make one of these with the F1. Do you seal it with anything? How do they hold up?
No, just engraved it. So far so good
It's my way of trying to clear the air an try an breath buddy
it helps
Stop waving it around, dude. You gotta show the final product.
Thanks.
