I recently started playing this map myself and one of the things I love about it is that most of the field numbers are instead for purchasing farms. So "field" 15 is actually referring to the yard you collected the Canolla from and purchasing it buys all the surrounding fields. The only numbers that refer to individual fields are those grouped around the starting yard.
we used to run a fleet of 3075 ,3080, 3095, 3090. 3655, 3690 all of which were great tractors and gave us little to no trouble. we have upgraded to 6290s, 6270s and 6480 but we still have the 3075 which is 22 years old and has 12000 hours on the clock we never had to do anything with it bare general maintenance. also the 3690 had over 20000 hours on the clock when the hydraulic pump went in her and other than that she never gave us any problems
3080 is a great tractor. We have had it for years now and it have never broken down on us. We use it for plowing, trailers and cultivating. Almost for every hard work on our farm.
There's a lot of opportunity for forestry on this map and it's a good way of making money for not much outlay. The controls take some getting used to but it soon becomes easy and after a short time you'll be levelling forests like a pro. I find the 'Jenz Back' from FSUK is helpful for chipping.
+Daggerwin we run a 390t as our main tractor which is a similar size and produced at a similar time with the 300 series being the slightly more basic tractor, however I'm sure if you were to ask people most would say the 390t was a far better tractor than the 3080, they had a lot of trouble with electronics and gearbox, so many ended up fitting the 300 series 12/12 box
+William Beck i have only heard about transmission problems nothing about the electronic system. My dad had a 3080 autotronic for almost 20 years and the only big problem we stumbled into was the transmission
hey dagger, to help keep track of your lets play maps theres a mod called "notes" the contents are saved in the map savegame so you can refresh your mind just before you get going again. it's a small mod but very useful.
We do run 2 of them that is very good for heavy jobs like cultivating or plowing. But the second one is just broking down every month or a week. Like your videos keep it up.
Dagger when working with bales take your time, it's not a race, if you take your time to stab the bake properly and straight you'll find stacking them much much easier
You could move all of your mods from your mod folder and put them into another folder whilst you attack the controls then put your mods back into thier original folder. Make sure that whilst your mods are out the MODS folder that you dont try to run up a saved game.
We don't have a 3080 but we have 3 masseys and have had them for 20-25 years and I can't remember ever having to do anything to them. Other than rebuilding a transmission but that was my dads fault. They are very very reliable I would say the people that say they are junk have probably only drove and been around tractors on farming simulator.
3080 where known to have gearbox issues with the early datatronic and autotronic transmissions. Also cabs where lined with tin so was prone to rust. still alot of them working at one time being the best selling tractor in Europe.
I use a 3085 which has had some problems but most tractors work well if they are maintained and looked after. The massy I use has been fine for year and works great
That era of Massey Ferguson tractors were a nice machine and I personally really like them but they weren't the greatest in reliability but they certainly weren't very bad
We don't have a 3080, but they do look really good. They do say the electronics are super unreliable though!! It is even said that there is a button under the cab to lift the broken electronic hydraulics so you can get back home!!! =) Is it true? Did the designers know it was going to be unreliable??? I don't know but just keep using it on fs because it looks awesome!!!!!! 😃
We had a Massey Ferguson 3080 as the main tractor for almost 20 years i think. It was a really good tractor. We only broke a transmission. We sold it a couple years ago and bought a Massey Ferguson 6470 and i have to say i liked the old 3080 better
indeed the transmission is the only weak spot of the 3080. we owned one and the transmission always had some problems. other than that it was a great tractor.
They are very reliable as a carting tractor or mowing because in my area there are multiple farmers using one and there are one that have 3 or 4 and has had them for maybe 5 or 10 years
We have a 3080 but high gear doesn't work anymore but it is only used for bedding cows and raking grass but other than the high gear thing we never had a problem( except for minor things) with it
From what i know of with the 3000 series massey ferguson they where know as on of the best tractors made we had one on our farm but they were prown to eating clutch packs and gear boxes but still a good tractor.
at the farm i work at we had a massey ferguson 3085 it wasnt the main tractor that is a massey ferguson 6616 but it was on the feeder wagon so was used daily it was a cracking machine couldn't fault it although it was recently replaced by a massey ferguson 6265
daggerwin u said that u want 2 use the machinery that isn't in fs 17 yet your using 2 massys per map when massy is confirmed in fs 17 I'd much rather see 1 massy and a vehicle that isn't in fs 17 .for example - jcb *just a question*☺☺
hey. it's not related to this video but need some help. I've got Case Axial-Flow 9230 and 3162 Draper 45ft header. how do I fold wheel on the header (got FS2015 on PS4).
Hello! Please may I ask you about the machinery on south west Norway, thanks. The Massey fergusons are very good tractors, however they suit maps in the UK more then they do on this map, I have To say very good video however very bad weather! there's a very good map you might want to try out called Blickling 2015 in Norfolk so that you can have 4 maps every week. Thanks for the help and keep up the good work!
The 3080 is one of our main tractors. Ours is 27 years old and runs great. That mod however is very poorly made and has several details that aren't even there.
The tractor in real life is really good it broke down last year before we had our harvest all we had to do was replace one thing and we've had that tractor for about 10 to 20 years
Daggerwin don't feel bad that you can't stack bales because in real life it's very easy but in real life we have trailers with straps and that massy Ferguson tractor runs great in real life. 😉
Daggerwin, we have a massey 3070 on my farm and it is a. bit small compared to newer tractors, we mainly use it around the yard and never really in fields.. Tho it is a great machine but ours is a little outdated
I have a problem with the game and idk what can i do. At some point the game block and the money start to drain, only way to resolve this is alt+f4. Someone know what can i do?
I use a Massey 3090 as a main tractor but my farm is very small you wouldn't use it as a main tractor on a farm like south west Norway but please keep using it because it is very good

we have a 390 and a 165 their series tractors
+Fergal Kelly our 3080 had no trouble at all
3080 is great dude. Never breaks down
+David Johansson1312 didn't the datatronics have more problems then the autotronic though?
+William Beck i have only heard about transmission problems nothing about the electronic system. My dad had a 3080 autotronic for almost 20 years and the only big problem we stumbled into was the transmission

I have a massy 3080 and its absolutely brilliant, pulls massive trailer and its never broke down and its just nice to drive
We do run 2 of them that is very good for heavy jobs like cultivating or plowing. But the second one is just broking down every month or a week.
Like your videos keep it up.
we had a 3095 Massey and it was alright but kept having issues with it. love your videos
Dagger when working with bales take your time, it's not a race, if you take your time to stab the bake properly and straight you'll find stacking them much much easier
There's a few farms around me that have a 3080, and they LOVE it! There perfect if your running a smaller farm like what they have.
Did you say Valmet? Yayyyyyyy finaly Finland is hilighted!
You could move all of your mods from your mod folder and put them into another folder whilst you attack the controls then put your mods back into thier original folder. Make sure that whilst your mods are out the MODS folder that you dont try to run up a saved game.

Yeah I have a 3070 datatronic and a tiny electrical problem and another time when the transmission got messed up is the only time it's broke
aye we had a 3080 dynashift so so reliable and a 699 great tractors
my grandpa wont let a massey set its wheels on his farm but i think there all right
+shay sean 399 r t
We used to have something similar to the 3080 and we had it for years and it is really reliable and rarely any breakdowns
3080 where known to have gearbox issues with the early datatronic and autotronic transmissions. Also cabs where lined with tin so was prone to rust. still alot of them working at one time being the best selling tractor in Europe.
You should try the bale shredder from frabel modding, its a compact mod that goes on the three point linkage and its very good made
I use a 3085 which has had some problems but most tractors work well if they are maintained and looked after. The massy I use has been fine for year and works great
That era of Massey Ferguson tractors were a nice machine and I personally really like them but they weren't the greatest in reliability but they certainly weren't very bad

awesome video again I have enjoyed it loads
its up one minute so you didnt watch it
How could you have already watched the video within 2 minutes?
I just thought.. that volvo looks at 1st glance like a yellow old tractor driving backwards :)
We run a Massey 3070 as our main tractor, we have had it since new and it has never broken down
We had a Massey Ferguson 3080 as the main tractor for almost 20 years i think. It was a really good tractor. We only broke a transmission. We sold it a couple years ago and bought a Massey Ferguson 6470 and i have to say i liked the old 3080 better

We have loaned one at one of our clients stables, used for poo picking, harrowing the ménage and general filed work, so rolling
Massey Ferguson 3080 where the best tractor at it's time (20 years ago) and is still quite a good tractor today
Just because it's a Massey Ferguson doesn't mean that it's the most powerful tractor made. They do have limitations.
Amazing vid AGAIN daggerwin keep it up :)
yes I use it had it for five years brilliant tractor
I drive a massy 3070 which is basically the same just abit smaller and I get on fine with it. It never breaks down and it's always a good work horse
hello ewerybody and welcome back to agwardly loaded trailer of bales lol
They are very reliable as a carting tractor or mowing because in my area there are multiple farmers using one and there are one that have 3 or 4 and has had them for maybe 5 or 10 years
We have a 3080 but high gear doesn't work anymore but it is only used for bedding cows and raking grass but other than the high gear thing we never had a problem( except for minor things) with it
we have a 3080 and it's bloody amazing
Dagger win I don't run a mf 3080 as our main tractor but we do run a jd 7310R!!👍🏻
From what i know of with the 3000 series massey ferguson they where know as on of the best tractors made we had one on our farm but they were prown to eating clutch packs and gear boxes but still a good tractor.
Daggerwin You enter the Volvo front loader from the front so just keep that in mind :*
I use the Massey I don't use it as my main tractor but I only use it for grass , silage and bales
Daggerwin, you should make your own map and make a lets play but take suggestions from everyone and then make the map
Something for Thornton farm the compact tractor had a update it's much faster now
Dagger, you never strap down round bales irl, they are heavy enough to stay
at the farm i work at we had a massey ferguson 3085 it wasnt the main tractor that is a massey ferguson 6616 but it was on the feeder wagon so was used daily it was a cracking machine couldn't fault it although it was recently replaced by a massey ferguson 6265
The MF is a great tractor, it comes in handy for cultivating
We have a 3080 it's s good tractor and never really breaks down but really rare if it breaks down!
daggerwin on my farm we have 1 3080 and 3 3095 we use these for trailers and rakeing and tedding and other jobs... they are good and fairly reliable
I have a massey 3080 and it's mainly for yard work but not a lot of problems with it
daggerwin u said that u want 2 use the machinery that isn't in fs 17 yet your using 2 massys per map when massy is confirmed in fs 17 I'd much rather see 1 massy and a vehicle that isn't in fs 17 .for example - jcb
*just a question*☺☺
we have a Massey Ferguson 375 as our main tractor and it never gave trouble
hey. it's not related to this video but need some help. I've got Case Axial-Flow 9230 and 3162 Draper 45ft header. how do I fold wheel on the header (got FS2015 on PS4).
yes daggerwin its a very good tractor we have a dairy herd off 200cows we use it every day
I love this map
+Daggerwin my mate has Massey 6480 as his main tractor but they used to have some thing like that 3080 but they got rid of it and got a 6180 loader
now you have the volvo bm loader do you think you will use the murlo again?
yes I do it's a good tractor to use
368 it's good but drawing in bails u can't steal because the front wheels are about 1 meter in the air
could you please use the massey ferguson 1200 and 1250 mods please
it depends on what size farm u are on and is cheaper to run than bigger ones
Hello! Please may I ask you about the machinery on south west Norway, thanks. The Massey fergusons are very good tractors, however they suit maps in the UK more then they do on this map, I have
To say very good video however very bad weather! there's a very good map you might want to try out called Blickling 2015 in Norfolk so that you can have 4 maps every week. Thanks for the help and keep up the good work!
The 3080 is one of our main tractors. Ours is 27 years old and runs great. That mod however is very poorly made and has several details that aren't even there.
great video mat
is daggerwins real name mat
+Michael-John Hayes It's George. I think the first comment meant 'mate'
Make mix ration with hay and silage , you do not need to use straw.
The tractor in real life is really good it broke down last year before we had our harvest all we had to do was replace one thing and we've had that tractor for about 10 to 20 years
The 3080 tractor that is
Daggerwin don't feel bad that you can't stack bales because in real life it's very easy
but in real life we have trailers with straps and that massy Ferguson tractor runs great in real life. 😉
and PS I suck at English language
dagger, I have bought farming simulator 15 on a disc but I want to buy the DLC mods for it with steam (I used a steam wallet code) how can I do that?
The Massey Ferguson tractor is very good my dad owns three and we use them every day on the farm
Daggerwin, we have a massey 3070 on my farm and it is a. bit small compared to newer tractors, we mainly use it around the yard and never really in fields.. Tho it is a great machine but ours is a little outdated
My bad, I meant a 3080.. Can't edit comments on mobile
+Bio Hazard were slightly the same instead we have a 390 as a yard tractor the reason what is she can't pull for here life
+Kdm207 Gaming Massey cannot really pull it climb for its life
A Renault 103-54 turbo is our biggest tractor on our farm
Yes Ive got 3 of them and I've never had a problem with them
I have a massey ferguson 3060 and it is great never had any problems.
daggerwin just pick up the swath up from wheat with your forage Wagon it works the same as the bale shredder
Great video
I know a lot of farmers from Derbyshire who own at least 3 massey ferguson 3080 as the main tractors
I have a problem with the game and idk what can i do. At some point the game block and the money start to drain, only way to resolve this is alt+f4. Someone know what can i do?
We have a 3125 and it can still keep up with our 6490 (2005)
the massey similar to the 3080 in looks with a horrible reputation is the 3150. some people call them a 3150 money spinner
It is a very good tractor strong at lifting never broke down
I run a 3080 for everything apart from plowing and cultivation and it is very good
the 3080 would be #1 in my top ten worst tractors ever
My internet sucks so badly I only got 20 seconds into the vid and had to wait a half an hour to watch some more of the vid :(
hi Dagger......are you going to buy FS17?or buy pre oreder?
Every tractor will break down
dagger might be in your video tonight getting new steering wheel Saitek broke gamepad fine getting g29 on sunday
I don't own any masses but we have a John Deere 9610r as the main we don't have live stock
we run a New Holland Boomer 50 as our main tractor because we have a winery/vineyard
If your cows are going to need lots of straw, why did you sell it ?
great video
Dagger when fs 17 comes out will you start a new series with it
When fs17 comes out will you do a look back at fs 13
That tractor probably doesn't have enough horse power for most needs on a farm today
it would go well with the map
You should download a old zetor
Or a kirovets
I got a new dog today
+Angie Raftery no one gives a fuck 😂
Angie Raftery what dog
I always remember that old Czech punk song: "Jede traktor, je to Zetor. Jede do hor, orat brambor..."
my friend bought himself a 3070 and it's a great tractor very reliable takes a bit of gettin used to be after that you coudnt fault it
I use a Massey 3090 as a main tractor but my farm is very small you wouldn't use it as a main tractor on a farm like south west Norway but please keep using it because it is very good
daggerwin you should of used the bale feed mod you had to get out to spread the bale
Yes and it's amazing
We have two and they are great tractors
Nice video
Daggerwin, I like the mf 3080's exterior, I'm just not that keen on the interior of the mod you have, it just isn't detailed enough for me.
the fergason 3080 is a great tractor in game and real life
In fs17 You can strap the bales on!!😀😀
