The "houses for sale" sign at 3:58 is the purchase points for fields/farms on this map. In this case it's the purchase for the forest area and it's fields. I agree that the Valmet is sounding a little tinny, but I'm loving the Volvo telehandler.

dagger, when cutting off the branches its easier to do it befor you pick up the tree. walk along the tree facing down with the chainsaw, always gets them all off

Your other map you're doing a hire-purchase thing but playing in real-time you will be playing for at most 3 weeks in game time so only do 3 payments, totalling 60k on vehicles worth much more than that.

I believe if you crouch while running the saw up the tree, trimming the foliage off is much more effective.
