I think a really good feature for FS17 would be for other farmers to be driving around and doing work and some fields would be theirs that you couldn't purchase
Dagerwin, in real life we run a 540 millimetre wrapper and that takes two minutes to wrap one bale with 24 wraps (two hole layers ) but whilst one bale is wrapping you can stack the previously wrapped bale and get another ready to put on the wrapper so it works out at about 2 mins per bale so 2x1000=2000 120 goes into 2000 16.6666667 times so it would take about 17 hours to wrap 1000 bales 👍 hope that helps!
Hang got my maths wrong it would take 34 hours whoops!
The rapper puts it on end so the thicker part of the wrap is on the stubble so it doesn't put holes in the wrap

This has probably been said, but on this map you have to buy whole farms to get access to the fields. That is why the field numbers show up on yards.
Daggerwin the time it takes to wrap a bale depends on how many layers of wrap we put on the bale we put 16 on silage and 21 on haylage I can do 70 bales an hour putting 16 rounds of wrap on the bale
And never start bale wrapping you will regret it after 20
You should get a single bale lifter for the back of the tractor, i think it would suit the map well

The cheapest JCB is somewhere around 230k so idk if he will be able to afford it knowing that he'll probably spend all his money on bigger equipment or more powerful tractors.
*more powerful BUT cheaper tractors..
The random placed numbers on the map have signs at them, They are for buying ground and not just one field, If you buy one of the signs you buy all the fields around the sell sign.

Daggerwin you could do 1000 bales in about four days ahah, also when one bale is wrapping on the wrapper you can have one ready to be wrapped on the hydraulic arm that put them onto the baler.
From loading a grass bale to unloading a wrapped bale it takes about 30 seconds. Therefore, 1000 of these would take 500 minutes or 8 hours 20 minutes.

I mean, you wouldn't have so much money problems and wouldn't need to rent too much. also I like your vids have been here since 30k subs a long time, as much as I enjoy watching you harvest and do all the odd jobs around the farm I want to see you do more forestry work because you rarely do them :( and the money from that is very decent. just a thought. based on the bale wrapper you used in the video and your wrapping in the video it would be roughly 8 and a half hours to wrap 1000 bales assuming they were all close by.
Why not use a modded wrapper? Such as a McHale or Tanco wrapper?

the farm I work at has 2 mchale 998 wrappers and it took us 11 hours to wrap 1000 bales

you should use a new holland tm 190 on your next map and change Thornton farm but still another great video
a massey frrguson 3650 would fit for this map, and btw its okay that you call it a lake insted of fjord, because its technically a lake ;)
daggerwin a wrapper doesn't use PTO it runs off hydraulics and when you're wrapping a field with a lot of bales and you're collecting the bales then leave 2 together or leave them in groups around the field
Yeah I use the base game autostacker so I leave them in groups of 8 and it's quicker than leaving them all around the field

@daggerwin when fs 17 comes you can load it up and read the start then get lots of money then buy all the machines in the game
Im from Norway and we have a volvo bm 430
You need to go over the weigh bridge after you have tipped and take off the weight of the machine from the weight full to find out how much grain u had
Taking ten bales nd multiplying wouldn't work cause u have to change the rap nd every bale is in a different place also ur rap could snap

2 tips for you daggerwin, you should put all your macinery inside a shed becous in real life your machinery wil rust very quicly becous youre so close to the water. second tip put the valmet with its nose to the wall of the shed it cant move when you do that. if I dint use the right words for something im not from the uk sorry;}

The reason that the bales are stacked at the side of the field because the field the just baled is too far from the farmyard to keep going back and forth to the yard.

All you need to do is edit those silos in giants editor and just add the crop and price in the attributes

I wish you good luck, but i doubt you'll find a good Volvo BM tractor. So far, I've found only one, and it's really bad. It was bad when it was released for FS11, and it hasn't gotten any better when it was converted to FS13 and 15.

hi daggerwin go on the games tab on farming simulator website and press on fs17 and there and go on features a d you will se some of the machinery in fs17 but not all of it
