I've had the Schwimmer test about 5 yrs ago by my Optometrist. He got me to use Restasis eye drops. This year I've had cataract removed. It was extremely helpful. No pain . It was actually a pleasant experience. Presently, I have blurring again. Last week the optometrist told me that he could see
    that and gave
me some time to continue Restasis to get moisture, while the eye can heal. Also he saw that I have floaters.
My ANA was supposedly done when I was hospitalized @ # 8:52 Firsthealth MOORE COUNTY REGIONAL HOSPITAL . I asked the Hospitalist Dr Watt to test me for Lupus. He asked me which test did I want? An ANA please, though I wasn't told the results untìl I asked him. Dr Watt did not tell me test numbers, only said that I don't have Lupus.
As you know, after taking a med it gave me a horrific reactions... felt as if I was going to die, the butterfly lesion on my cheeks with a swollen face, mild hallucinations, hearing voices inaccurately talking about me (became paranoid) and got nauseous.

I tested positive for SSA last week. Everything else was negative. In 2022 I tested positive for sjrogren then tested negative two weeks later. This occurred after Covid vaccine.

Thank you so much for all your information.
I have negative tests, including a lip biopsy but showing manifesting severe eye and nose dryness and moderate dry mouth. I also have GI, peripheral neuropathy, PVC’s and lung issue (lung issue has been established that is caused by something else). But my rheumatologist has not considered me to have SD due to my normal tests results. In all my tests, only Schirmer’s test shows abnormality. I know you might not have the time to answer my questions, but I will truly appreciate if you can make a video focused on seronegative patients. How do we get proper treatment or even just a diagnosis in situation like mine.
Again, thank you for all the knowledge you are sharing online. It means a lot to your viewers, particularly me.

I have the same issues so I recently bought a cool mist humidifier for my bedroom and I have gotten relief from my dry nose and congestion. I also bought and essential oil combo called Breathe that I put in the water. Or you can use peppermint and eucalyptus oils. Paid less than $30 for both products on Amazon.

I have been diagnosed with SS for about 9 years. 6 years ago I started losing my voice when I am tired. Is this something you see often in SS? My rheumatologist has referred me to a ENT specialist in New Orleans for dysphonia.

So I have a question. So i am currently on medicine, i was dignosed with sjogrens for roughly a year. When my first test was done, it showed positive for both ssa and ssd plus elevated c4. Now that i moved, they retested me again but now its showing ssa and ssb negative with elevated c4. Is it possible to have tested postive but later on be tested negative and still have the disease?
