Isn't it easy to explain that in the last 3 MOC, there just hasn't been teams that can make use of Sparkle? Boothill uses Bronya, Acheron has Pela and Silver Wolf, Yunli uses Tingyun. Teams that normally uses Sparkle like DHIL and Jingliu hasn't been relevant in MOC.

This chart is for knowing the average power level the community is pushing a character to, and how many people are contributing. I started using Clara more becuase I saw a bunch of people were using her to good effect, despite being faily mid on the tier list.

Honestly the most shocking thing in this video is how high the average cycles are. I would die of shame if I ever took more than 5 cycles to clear both sides of MoC 12. As for comparison between characters, it can sometimes be a little unfair even beyond appearance rate. Like some characters have certain gear requirements like Sparkle (speed) or team comp requirements like Boothill (sustainless), so their averages aren't at all representative of their actual power. It's definitely not smart to use this kind of data as arguments for who is better than who, unless you are making a tier list for the average HSR tik-toker 😂

They need to show the mean and standard deviation, or some range around the median for the cycles rather than just the average. I want to know how consistently good a unit is. They should also probably make a variation with some normalisation against the number of MoC's that have a weakness to those elements and/or bonuses for unit types.
Break and FUA have been given a ton of love so the list makes sense. Hypercarry just isn't it rn. It is more interesting game design than "make the Crit numbers bigger on more elements"

The buffs in most endgame modes are so tied to the current units...it does not matter how well build your team is...as long as you dont follow the rules Hoyo wants you to do ... your team is waaay worse...and in some cases...does not even function on a base level anymore. Whats the point of building teams then? Just put anything mid on them and use the current buffs...really bad way of handeling things imo.

Tingyun and Sparkle having the same clear speed but Tingyun having lower usage rate means she is better, as she has less overall clears but is placing at the same level. Sparkle is overhyped, we’re shifting more towards duo dps or team specific comps and Sparkle doesn’t fit in any of them. Bronya is better because her ult is 2 turn AoE buffs that are larger than Sparkle’s team wide buffs. But instant advance is also better than 1/2 advance bc you don’t have to hard Spd tune to make sure it functions like insta. Bronya standing the test of time, Sparkle already falling off.

Thats a lot. And thats the average, considering most of those dps can 0/1 cycle quite easily.
Any account 4/5 months old should clear confortably in at least 5 cycle, considering both halfs.

Tingyun and Sparkle having the same clear speed but Tingyun having lower usage rate means she is better, as she has less overall clears but is placing at the same level.
Sparkle is overhyped, we’re shifting more towards duo dps or team specific comps and Sparkle doesn’t fit in any of them. Bronya is better because her ult is 2 turn AoE buffs that are larger than Sparkle’s team wide buffs. But instant advance is also better than 1/2 advance bc you don’t have to hard Spd tune to make sure it functions like insta.
