  • There is never a shortage of limited edition golf equipment coming out, but few have done this as well as Mizuno. With each iteration of Mizuno Pro over the last handful of years, a new offering has dropped and this year, the Azalea irons, might be their best yet.
Back in January we showed these irons off from the 2024 PGA Merchandise Show, but recently we got an up close sneak peek on the latest limited edition. You will see a ton of pictures of these all over the internet, but we wanted to go a step further and learn a little bit about recent offerings as well as how in the world the Mizuno Azalea irons are made.
We went to Mizuno HQ and had Chris Voshall walk us through the different limited edition Mizuno Pro irons that have come out with each of the last couple of releases. How the Azalea irons are made and what makes them different from the blue version released last time.
Which Mizuno Pro limited edition irons are your favorite? Did you have any idea how the green and pink came to be on the new Mizuno Azalea edition?

shame the finish wears off, mine already started to wear from fairway use after 1 round. Awesome feel though, as you'd come to expect from Mizuno. Most beautiful clubs i have seen in a long time.

Double price just for a special paint finish. going to be collector scalp items like scotty bags. at least they're making their money off them at the MSRP where scotty sells their bags for $600 and scalps sell them for $3K

Make them in the 245 next

Why only 241? Very expensive for not being able to put your appropriate shaft as well. Yes, I would play them!

In our opinion it is done as an aspirational set and with each Mizuno Pro launch, they do a single custom for the 21 model.

These seem like a set that get put on the wall and occasionally taken down, given a waggle and put back! 😂

We might. I mean right now we have Victory Cup signups going on and people can play with the team from Mizuno and get new equipment. And doing a Masters contest with a driver up for grabs.
Lots going on on THP right now.

Nice try! You called them azalea because you wanted to capitalize on the masters without selling the masters version.
