      I have always enjoyed watching your videos. You showcase the rewards of setting expectations, planning and execution. Being a coder I think in a very similar way. As always you are the man and I am glad to hear that your flow is coming back. Looking forward to new videos and topics.

      BTW that looks like a b*ong and you should use it as such for the honor of it being 420. Just don't tell anyone ... ;)

    Great video! But please, could you slow down and show a bit more details? For example, how does the "venturi" works? What makes it better than other dust shoes available? Thanks!

      You can adjust playback speed under the setting icon. It makes him sound a little (or a lot) stoned, but works well.

    I have to ask.. What are you using the elgato stream deck for? Looks like it has controls on it for CNC movement O_o

    • @DIYEngineering
      @DIYEngineering  5 лет назад +2

      Custom Creations it is being used for all cnc operations... The next video will cover all that... On my other social feeds i shared several videos of it in action. :) it's awesome

      @@DIYEngineering Do you control spindle RPM with software or manually with the VFD? If with software, care to explain wiring? I also have a similar setup with C-Beam machine but have to manually adj RPM. TIA!

    Very Cool Design, Probably one of the best ive seen. Only one down side is you loose "X" Travel as it looks like it will hit the gantry side arm?

    • @DIYEngineering
      @DIYEngineering  5 лет назад +2

      yes, around 50mm and thats a lot if you have a std. Shapeoko. it was a compromise. That said, I am already in colab with another maker for a rear gantry mount version. give us a week ;)

      @@DIYEngineering Hi! Any updates on the rear gantry version? I don't see any kits (for either version) on your site. Killer work, and thanks!
