I haven't tried coconut oil in place of cacao butter but it might be okay You could try it And this recipe should be okay in the heat but you would need to keep it in the fridge until serving Hope it goes well 😃❤️

Hi, I see you use freezer a lot. Can this cashew buttercream stand outside on summer?
It will survive outside of the fridge for quite sometime as it goes fairly firm, as long as it is not a very hot day.
How do we make sure it STAYS stabilized ? Should we add another ingredient to stabilize it ?
