I tried the second one, except the cashews didn’t fully blend (there were still lumps of it). Yet, I used lemon extract instead of vanilla and it turned out great 👌🏽. I also used olive oil instead of coconut oil, which works fine.
to make that 1 lg avocado, 1/3 cup Majool date, 1/2 cup Yacon syrup, 1/3 cup cacao powder frosting pop... pinch of SeaSalt. Add 1 tsp of Raspberry balsamic vinegar and blend. the balsamic will make the chocolate come alive. Not many know this trade secrete ingredient that was created by the best chocolatiers in the world.
Im trying to stay away from all the oil ( only eating nuts for healthy fats ) But im definetly using these as base ideas to do similiar stuff! Didnt know the combo with orange worked.. and mixing coconut flakes turns it into semi-glaze / sauce? that's so useful! i can use that instead of coconut oil?! probably! Edit: i really appreciate that you take the time to film this! there are so few that do healthy vegan stuff. and mix match and do treats also.

Hi. Love your recipes so I bought your book. Can't wait until it arrives. I have a question about the chickpea cake. I can't do coconut flour or any coconut. Is there a substitute for the coconut flour? Thanks.

Cashews are good fats, rich in protein. They are good for your brain. nerves, Also for your skin. Just limit on the salt. You could try no salt I hope this helps
Thanks for the wonderful ideas...this video is worth a million views....🤩
I tried the first recipe. It’s super delicious! It tastes just like chocolate frosting. 😋

@@ithildiess9048 Coconut fats are very saturated. I would use them only externally for the skin.

Amazing

What coconut flakes did you use to have so much liquid
Has anyone tried the avocado one? Does it taste good?
Looks great 👍🏼 for sure! I a big fan of 🥑s so I’m guessing it’ll taste wonderful.
Tried this a few days ago with monkfruit, and tastes delicious! It has a very creamy texture.
@@courtney1496 monkfruit sweetener? How much g did you use? I have trouble to access sweetness from monkfruit sweeteners
@@Bleideris0 About 1/3 cup. Tried 1/2 cup and it was WAY too sweet.

Has the sweetener be a liquid or can it be powder?

Most flours will do. I can't tolerate coconut so I use brown rice flour, millet flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca, banana flour, oat flour, pea flour.
Can a avacado be substituted with something I done have avacado

I tried the 3 recipe but it turned out like a dough texture I’m kinda disappointed.
This isn't frosting - it's too runny at room temp. ad too stiff when cold.
All recipes brought to you by cashews
Stop rushing the pictures.
coconut oil is loaded with saturated fat, a very bad alternative for a healthy version.
I don't know how eating such huge quantity of cashews is any healthier than eating regular frosting with sugar
