Hi, I'm Sammie! I am a 29 year old, stay at home mom to four kids (7, 5, 3, and 1 year).
I have been married to the sweetest, most supportive hubby for 8 years, and together for 10.
I started this channel as a way to motivate myself to keep my house cleaned and organized.
With four kids, it's not an easy task.
I always loved watching cleaning channels on RUclips but I always felt I couldn't find anyone I really related to.
Someone who didn't have a brand new house or expensive interior decorations.
Which is another reason why I decided to start my channel.
I currently live in a 100+ year old house.
We have lived here for the past 2 years and have renovated most of the house.
I'm not a perfect mom or perfect housewife, but I hope I can help motivate other moms or wives like me to organize, declutter or clean what they've been putting off.

Hey Sammie! Here for the motivation today. I never open the draws under my sons bed. I know they will be so dusty and dirty but i always forget to clean them. thankfully though they are not around food. i know they would be a big mess if they were. kids make so much mess when they are eating and crumbs go everywhere lol laundry really just doesn't end. i finally caught up on the weekend and now there is another big pile to do🤦♀ Love the lines in the carpet girl. mine never has them😕 Hope you have a great week!
Hey Charmayne! I feel like there are so many spots in my house like that, that get forgotten more often than not! 🤦🏻♀️ Laundry is such a battle for me! I’m going to blame it on my (self diagnosed) adhd brain 😅 it’s so hard to just get myself to do it sometimes! Carpet lines are so satisfying but I feel like shorter carpet doesn’t get matted down the same way that shag carpet does, so they both have their benefits! Thanks so much for watching friend! ❤

Hi Sammie! I have never stripped my bed sheets before I should try doing this 🙂 I can completely relate to mom life cleaning 😅it’s so hard to keep up sometimes! I also need to do my baseboards! Before kids I did it more often but now it’s def not as much as I’d like to 😅 You got a ton done girl!! Great work ! 💪

I know how you feel! I just switched my kiddos bedroom around and moving all the furniture was brutal! There’s a reason why big furniture is only moved once a year or every couple years! 😅

I may or may not have more to say after finishing this vid as I'm not even a minute in yet....in the preview I saw a car air freshener clipped onto the floor vent...i was like wooooooooooooooooow what a freaking genius idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok...onto watching rest of vid now lol
(added) I love a mom life clean with me..its so much more satisfying because its usually a huge transformation. Also, a true mom life clean with the little one on your hip!! Ive noticed in vids he is like your shadow but you still manage to keep going and get things cleaned up. That can be difficult!! Oh something from last vid but watching you wipe TV made me think of it. Have you tried a cleaner meant specifically for screens and a microfiber cloth to wipe down the TV? I dont have a specific one in mind (my husband is the electronic guy when it comes to that kinda stuff and taking care of the screens LOL. But I know he uses a microfiber cloth and a cleaner specific for screens).
I know right! 🙌🏻 I got the idea from tiktok 😅 but it has worked amazing! Every morning when I come downstairs after the furnace has been on, it smells amazing! Haha this little guy really is my shadow! I’m soaking it in because I know he won’t be that way for long 😭 I really need to try that! Thank you so much for the suggestion! Surprisingly there were less streaks with the paper towel but I’m putting screen cleaner on my list! 👍 Thanks so much for watching friend! ❤
@TheMillennialHousewife sweeeeet!!! I def will be trying it!! Yesssss I love it!! Take advantage of it while you can because you are so right! Mine are 17 and 10(both boys) and it def doesn't last long! My 10year old will SOMETIMES still come cuddle up with me but it's rare and of course it's on his terms hahahaha. Thanks so much! ❤️Yes! I’m still a work in progress but here’s what I’ve learned so far..
Test! A new channel is the perfect way to find out what your audience wants to see from you. Try different styles or topics and see what gets a good response, then go from there!
Be as consistent as you can. I’ve seen some channels go silent for a while and their subscribers are still there when they come back, so I don’t think it’s as important as the content that you put out!
Patience! I’ve had this channel for over a year and I definitely wanted it to grow faster than it did, but I was still finding my video style and to be honest I just found what type of videos perform better for myself so patience is probably number 1!
Borrow ideas! Don’t copy, but borrow ideas from other channels in your niche. What do their intros look like, how long are their videos, what kind of content is in the video overall? Then put your own spin on it!
