Hi, I'm Sammie! I am a 29 year old, stay at home mom to four kids (7, 5, 3, and 1 year).
I have been married to the sweetest, most supportive hubby for 8 years, and together for 10.
I started this channel as a way to motivate myself to keep my house cleaned and organized.
With four kids, it's not an easy task.
I always loved watching cleaning channels on RUclips but I always felt I couldn't find anyone I really related to.
Someone who didn't have a brand new house or expensive interior decorations.
Which is another reason why I decided to start my channel.
I currently live in a 100+ year old house.
We have lived here for the past 2 years and have renovated most of the house.
I'm not a perfect mom or perfect housewife, but I hope I can help motivate other moms or wives like me to organize, declutter or clean what they've been putting off.

Hi Sammie! I thought the staircase came out so good regardless of how much traffic lol! We have the same in our home too never truly 100% clean. Such great cleaning motivation my friend!! It is a constant struggle for me to keep my stairway clean aned I have older kids that aren't even here full time.😂 I love your Christmas decorations! Fun and festive to celebrate our Saviors birth! That is so awesome, you did a great job. I am decorating this weekend and soooo pumped. It hasn't felt like Christmas yet cause we have no snow but I know once the decorations go up, the season will officially begin.
We haven’t gotten any snow yet either, last year we didn’t get any until almost December! I know what you mean though, the years we don’t have snow don’t feel as much like Christmas! I don’t usually put any decorations up this early but I needed it! 😅 I’ll keep my tree in storage until after thanksgiving though! 😉

Hey girl!! Something I do when decorating or moving things etc...if I am unsure about where I put it I will leave it for a week and after a week if I still am unsure or dont like it I will try it somewhere else and of course if I end up liking it I'll leave it lol. Decorating, whether for holidays or just in general is not a strength of mine so it def takes me time as well :/ I will def have to try thrift stores for decor! Idk why I didnt even think of that! I had Halloween stuff from previous years but this year I added quite a bit to my collection from the dollar store. In my opinion they had alot of great options and one prob couldnt even tell thats where it was from. Also, especially with Christmas decor...I think its one of those things that adds up over time because some of the things can def be expensive! So it may be about adding one or 2 pieces each year depending. But I'm totally on board with not doing that with littles!!!!! I feel it was the same with furniture and things when mine were younger...why would I invest in something super nice if it was most likely going to get messed up. Hope you have a great week!!!!!!
Hey! 👋🏻 I love that tip! I’ll be trying it out with these decorations I’ve got up! Who knows, I might change them up a few times between now and Christmas! 😅 Decorating has never been a strength of mine either! People make it look too easy! I’ve seen some super cute things at the thrift store that I’m wishing I picked up now! 😞 But I do love the dollar store for decorations! They’ve been upping their game lately and I’ve been loving it! And it’s nice to have some cute decor options when the only 2 stores I can get decor at are a dollar store and Walmart 😅 I’m not willing to drive an hour and a half to hobby lobby just for decorations that I don’t know how to use anyways! 😅 Hope you’re having a great week! ❤
@@TheMillennialHousewife yes! Decorating on a budget! and omg, yea that is pretty far!! If I'm being honest I would prob NEVER go to hobby lobby if it was that far from me...mine is uh...hrmmm def closer then that and I still dont go LMAO!!! Where I live in VA Beach is kinda in the middle? I feel like we are pretty close to ALOT of options. Walmart is prob 7mins..dollar store is across the street after you get out of my neighborhood...dangerous being so close hahahahahahaha
