  • The original Japanese version of Crystalis, the action RPG with a rather intriguing story, is an odd one out in SNK’s catalogue.

EDIT: As one Jaegar19Ultima points out below, I was mistaken: In Crystalis, the beings who live in Oak are identified as "dwarves," not as "Oaks" themselves
I'd like to imagine the three dislikes this video got (you can't see them, but that's how many there are rn) are all from people who were mad I said I didn't like Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. I'm surprised I didn't get any comments about that tbh. Really shouldn't have put in that line bc it's too irrelevant (this ain't a Nausicaä review), but I thought, "No. Don't cut it. Someone might comment about it, driving engagement"
Little did I expect that commenter would be me

This game looks great. kinda similar to Valkyrie, in terms of color and overall style.

The Sword of Wind, could easily have been in Minish Cap [like the ocarina of wind] (if they didn't cram the Four Sword down the players throat.

Wow they could've slapped a Link sprite on this game and it would be a much better Zelda than any of the "multiple Link at once" games. I can't stand those games.

Yea this title would NOT have gone down well in the US, especially at the time. Oh well, we have it now at least.
