Crazy how much hidden function there is on Mercedes! Own one for years now and never known about that or the tunnel function. One function I love is the fact that the AC reduce the fan speed when you receive a call. So thoughtful!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Couldn't find how to change the setting of the lock until now. This works for all Mercedes cars, not just the C class, because I have a M class. Thanks again, now I feel a lot safer when I am driving by myself.
I would recommend everyone owning this car to do this. I didn't know about this feature until this video. My C280 is now having the passenger lock replaced, because it didn't react to the central locking system anymore. By using this feature it would prevent unnecessary wear. Costs for reparation: €350,-
Yes, same here. My W204 C220cdi rear left door developed a problem with the lock actuator motor and resulting in a pricey fix... Could have been avoided by enabling this feature since I never have any passengers especially in the back seat... I recommend every MB owner that drives mostly alone to use this feature.
Great to see chaps like yourself demonstrate 'hidden' features of cars! I have a w204 C class and had no idea you could do this. I probably will never use this feature - that's not the point however, it's nice to know it's there! So cheers.
I ve done it ...but i ve lost an option (wen i forget a window open i hold the lock botton my windows aren t closing anymore why?) And unlock they aren t opening can you tell me what went rung ?
Work on mercedes benz a clas a170 ,2005 ,1.7 petrol hatchback?i juts have a new key,but i need to press 2 times to unlock both door ...first is just driver door..will work in my case?to can open them all in same time?
Where are all your help videos for Mercedes-Benz? I wanna know how to lock the fuel filler, open the windows with the key, connect my phone to the car, and all kinds of stuff.
PhillyDj Hook to roll down the window with the key hold it about 3 or 4 inches away from the handle. If it's locked press the unlock button let go and hold it... same if you want to roll it up just use the lock button
You should talk about timing chain and tensioners issues. Plastic water pump. Broken sensors and rear rust subcradle which is dangerous for life.Mb owners are dmb as hell!😂
This is bull shit. Electric steering wheel .had stop working. And electric seat on driver side .malfuction..ok. shows electstration. Where to replace fuses . Ok. My is mercedes benz c250.
