Will this be the end of Smart? This version starts at £42,000. Who is going to buy one with used EV prices plummeting. Also I really wish we could get back to actual switches on the dash. Instead of huge iPads replacing the dash.
Yes and No. It is developed both by Mercedes-Benz Group and Geely Holding and in the same time Volvo is a part of Geely Holding, but Volvo is still not a bad car. I don't know how reliabile the Smart #1 and #3 are, because they just appeared and it is too early to get data about it, but one thing I can tell you for sure - it drives well and it is a lot of fun.

You are right! And I miss the physical buttons too.
Is this a ev?
Yes, it is an EV. The sound of the engine is artificial.
1900kg 😢
It is really heavy, but it is also really fun.
It’s a geely, and China isn’t well known for making drivers’ cars

@@pushthethrottle merc only responsible for the exterior design, everything mechanical is designed and manufactured by geely
@@donaldlee8249 Than I guess, it won't be very reliabile, but at least is fun.
