Drove it today. Really impressive!
Agree!
I love that you took the time to properly showcase the interior and the infotainment system. A lot of reviewers skip that. You've earned yourself a new subscriber, as long as the quality stays high. :)
Thank You! I appreciate that. I will try to do my best!
@@pushthethrottle You're welcome.
Amazing !
100% agree!
OMG! It looks great 👍 0:41
That acceleration was amazing! 😱
...and that one on slippery road and about -2 °C
Un autoturism foarte bun dotat minunat și cu un sunet de motor fantastic.
Masina e intr-adevar minunata, doar ca sunetul motorului e artificial.
Love its panorama dach!! ❤
Ich auch!
Très belle voiture, merci pour la présentation.
Merci beaucoup!
Fantastică mașină ❤❤❤❤
Da, e grozava!
cool little car, cant wait to try it for myself
Come to Germany and try it!
little? :D
@@SniKKaz 😁It was supposed to be "little", but smth went wrong in the whole automotive industry with only some exceptions. Now "little" means "BIG" and "HEAVY"
Woow lov the car, I want one
me too
insane
Cularea alb+perla e culoarea mea preferata.
I really like the car. I don't really understand the engine noise. It's not that I don't like it because it does help to provide some additional driver feedback. But I imagine an electric car doesn't have any gears. So does the engine noise just get higher pitched as the speed increases or does it try to replicate gear changes with the revs reducing as the gear is moved up??
The engine noise appears only when you press the gas pedal. It gets higher pitched with intensivity pressing the pedal. But in the moment you take the foot of the gas pedal, the noise disappears, even at high speed. So it doesn't replicate gear changes. In fact, if you accelerate hard till 180 km/h, the sound will increase continuously til the end.
Besser als tesla auf jeden Fall
100% einverstanden!
Nice car! I really would love it and would buy it had a bigger battery to at least ensure 350km on the highway at 120/130K/h
Actually it does! The Brabus variant does about 360--370 km driven combined. The Premium variant which is also cheaper than Brabus does about 390-400 km. So I think 350 km on highway at 120 km/h should be possible.
@@pushthethrottle Thank you for the reply! I red the reports of various journalist that were invited in Mallorca for the presentation and the average consumptions was 20-25 kwh/100km on the highway rather 25kwh/100km therefore I think that 100% to 0% on the hi way will be max 260km...
@@adedomini the question is which models they tested in Mallorca. The first models use 49 kWh Lithium iron phosphate battery. The latest models use 66 kWh nickel-cobalt-manganese battery which has a bigger range. In any way, in my test the car consumption was about 35 kwh/100km (whithout music and heating), but I was 60 % in Brabus Mode (the most powerful one) and was accelerating hard quite often.
@pushthethrottle In Mallorca they tested the Brabus and the Premim versions both with 66kwh battery. Wow 35kwh/100km is a huge consumption. With the Brabus at 130km/h recharging 80%-10% you probably have to stop every 200km or less.
I am waiting a fuel consumption test at 130km/h of the Premium and the Brabus. I think is by far the most important test for an EV.
@@adedomini that's a lot! You are right - the real life range is the most important thing for EVs. I drove a lot of EVs and from my experience the official range does not correspond to real life range by far, usually it is at least 15-20% less and that in good conditions.
looks like a good fun car, can it compete with mini let says clubman?
Yes and No! In acceleration Smart Brabus is a lot faster than the most powerful Mini Clubman (John Cooper Works) and is very tail happy which Clubman is not. But Mini has an internal combustion engine which is really fun and has a real sound which is even more fun. And last but not least, Mini has less weight and a great suspension which makes the driver feel in a real sport car. In conclusion Smart Brabus is a great fun electric car, but for a real enthusiast driver Mini is better in every aspect.
Does it have a heated steering wheel?
Yes, it does!
Thanks
Yes!
Is it possible to turn the fake engine sound off?
Yes! Actually is always turned off when you start the car.
Oh man it is so frustrating to see people turning the steering wheel while standing still 😖
Why? There are a lot of situations when you have to do that in order to be more agile. Actually that was the reason when the power steering appeared - it reduces the physical effort necessary to turn the wheels when a vehicle is stopped or moving slowly.
Hat nur der Brabus den virtuellen Motorsound ?
Ja, nur Brabus! Und ich muss sagen, es klingt gut.
Good looking car... simple shapes and curves. The interior has too much plastic, but otherwise it is a competent vehicle.
...and also it is a fun car, drives very engaging.
