Liam ! Your business mindset is incredibly impressive… I wish I was like you at your age and had discovered the magic of learning from other more experienced and successful people. And I’m not talking about Ai , I’m talking about mind set that takes people to the moon. Thank you very much for what you are doing! I’m super excited after years of looking for new business adventure to start. Ai business opportunity has woke up butterflies in my belly and desire that I had lost after years of running my business. The fear of starting something that I may have not enjoy doing has disappear and I can feel this in my gut this will take me back to be a “non stoppepel pusher ! “ that I was when I was building my old ish Buisness ! Amazing work
Difficulty value matrix is perfect for deciding when to niche down. High value, low difficulty is the sweet spot for scaling. Niche agencies clearly have an edge in efficiency and marketing.
@@uniquescience7047 Actually, I meant take advantage of this opportunity and start making chat bots for businesses, the obstacle I'm facing now is that I can't access Mr. Liam's Agentive site for easy chat bot building and deployment.
Hey Liam, we were focusing on AI Voice Agents, which are in a lot of demand, but nobody buys it because we don't have experience along with the testimonials. So, please make a video of how to get high ticket clients and get them to buy our high ticket services without any experience or testimonials.
Loved the video! Big fan of your content. Quick questions: What metrics would you use to measure success in scaling an AI agency and how does one track it? What are the common challenges you foresee in scaling, and how does one overcome them? is there a Risk of Over-Specialization; a risk of becoming too specialized, which can limit your market if the niche is too narrow or if market conditions change. Also, I’ve tried joining your Skool community a few times but got rejected. Any chance you could help me out with that? Thanks! Looking forward to more great content!
you should come to the US and do a couple videos here! 'd love to see how entrepreneurs living in california/bay area/silicon valley can thrive with the AI agency model
hey @Liam you said we should either choose a niche or an agency. My question is, if I decide on the niche, it was said, "pick your niche and niche down." How deep should we go? For example, is "AI appointment setter" niche enough? Or do we need to be more specific like "AI appointment setter for the real estate industry"? Or even deeper, like "AI appointment setter for the real estate industry for small businesses with a maximum of 1M in annual revenue"? Obviously, the more you niche down, the clearer the message, but you also limit yourself more. I'd appreciate your tips!
See Strategyn. Your market consists of a job to be done (JTBD) and the number of job executors for that job. So how far down you niche really depends on the number of job executors that can generate the income levels you're looking for, for that particular job. Plus, your ultimate success depends on satisfying an unmet need.
Crazy good video bro. I'm in the same shoes right now. Trying to niche down and get a process down. Just signed my first 250k contract and the stress has been insane. Not sure what to do with the other clients now that all of my resources are deployed to this project
Im outreaching for now like 2 or 3 months for my Ai sales chatbot dint sign a single client hope i get one this month. Do you real estate professionals need a ai sales chatbot?
Client pays all that charges. But you have to tell the client beforehand about how much money it will cost him like platform fee, your developing charges etc
Every project being custom is the reason i moved away from software development, to no-code, and realised it had some of the same issues as you said. Im looking at more productising it/packaging it into the same delivery but the focus is a promised outcome

Hey Liam are you open for collabs currently?
Once you build the AI and pass it on to the client, don't you have to pay a monthly service fee for the API's and botpress? Who covers that?
Client pays all that charges. But you have to tell the client beforehand about how much money it will cost him like platform fee, your developing charges etc
